The store is always very clean and organized and the staff is always helpful. If they don't know the answer, they find someone who can answer our questions.

Clean sometimes hard to find things and find help.this is common at all your stores..

Excellent Customer Service experience associates were both knowledgeable and efficient my experience at The Home Depot in Bemidji was "Top Notch!" Everyone there made my trip fast, efficient and the overall experience pleasurable.

in past visits there was no personal to help load items example I purchased a 4ftx12ft piece of treated sheetrock I was told by casher that there was no loading people to help load I took out to pickup and tried loading myself breaking it in the process I went back into store had to purchase another sheet and I waiting awhile until someone offered to help it was not an employee but another customer

The store was very well stocked with the items we were looking for and the sales person very knowledgeable

If you are going to buy something, like flooring, check with your sales associate before you get started to find out when the install can happen. If you don't they will measure, have you pay (remember, free is never free in sales ad) and then they will tell you it will be a month or two before they can install. I did get them to move it up a month and then they called back to verify a week later and said it would be the original two month out date. Their hands are tied due to the fact that they hire independent installers. I had my money refunded and will go elsewhere.

All staff was very attentive, helpful and friendly at our recent trip to this store. They offered us a 10% military discount. We have never been offered that at any other store.

This store has everything that I need for the various large and small building projects that I do.

Do not go to this store and expect to pay cash at the self check outs. No regular check outs where available when I was there. Asked employee about no cash accepted at self check they ignored me and walked away and yes they did hear me

The employees go out of their way to help me.

The store is always neat and the aisles cleared. If staff is working in an aisle they have the gates up and when moving product with fork lift they have someone following them with the flags. Al Fiske and Jim Latzke at the pro-desk are the two I work with the most. They are the very best. Great service and always pleasant. Kevin is the associate that is always eager to help load your vehicle-and is constantly moving, Bev at the service desk is great at returns and taking in my Home Depot payments and of course Wayne in millwork has always been a blessing!

Great store for Bemidji They need to get the word out about matching the 11% rebate in Bemidji when Menard's (the competition) has their 11% rebate on everything in the store.

The garden center employees were very friendly and through conversation about our gardening goals, introduced a new soil combination that would help us meet our goals. The product was also very affordable. We look forward to seeing the results.
