I came in looking for a rod and Frank directed me to the asile but it was not what I was looking for I was about to leave and passed Frank he asked if I found what I was looking for. I was looking for a paint liner(Item #205541528). I checked on Home Depot website before I went to the store and the website showed there were 20 available. So I went to the Home Depot store to purchase it. However, there was nothing left on shelves. I asked a staff and he was not sure either. And he didn't checked the stock of this item for me. So I wasted my time going to this Home Depot store without getting anything, even if the website said there were 20 in stock in this particular Home Depot store.

I have been coming to this store for a month after moving to a new home. I grew up watching my father go to Home Depot for all home improvement needs. And I can honestly say I am more at home at this Home Depot than the one I grew up near. The staff has been extremely helpful and have more than once gone above and beyond to help me get what I need, even today locating a much sought after product in another store for me, which I was thankfully able to pick up. What’s more, some of the most helpful staff in the store have been those who were clearly busy with some project. They seem to always drop what they are doing , engage me first, and help me with whatever I need. Really just some impressive customer service!

I have shopped at the Berlin, CT Home Depot for years. The staff is generally very friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Bill in Hardware. He went out of his way to help me find a sale item that was in stock but not on the shelf. He really went above and beyond to help, and did it with a smile. Bill is why I shop at Home Depot.

Went to this location simply out of convenience and next time I will make sure to drive the added 15 minutes to my commute to go to Lowe’s. Employees were more concerned with making their weekend plans with one another than helping me with my purchase. I struggled to load my materials on the push cart and into my car as they watched from the door and even walked past my car as I struggled to load it. Store was disorganized, dirty and items not clearly labeled. No manager was to be found anywhere when I had questions about promotions and pricing. Employees were not not knowledgeable about the promotion and couldn’t find anyone to help.

Self checkouts only open 3 of 4 needed assistence older guy in hat with a limp did a good job getting to me I see would I recommend to a friend below you got to have more checkouts open at opening

Pleasurable staff I was assisted bye a few staff from the front desk to the staff who assisted in placing my products in my van! Special thanks to KYMOY! I traveled from Springfield Ma after a not so good experience at the Wilbraham location.

Store was clean but like every other place some things not around and prices!!! Cashier Frank was at check oit with one other person Theynwere both good but Frank have a nasty person who was not allowing him to say what his problem was, He was a better person that I as the person was extremely nasty and just about told him to shut up! He did not lose hhos cool and told him to have agood day

I used to love this store but with employees avoid you being rude I had an employee misgender me I corrected him Fran and he just said how am I suppose to know on top of that he was rude from the beginning

Even before the pandemic weekends are too busy at the store so getting a pro from a certain dept by phone or in person in the store let's say to custom cut lumber or do a flooring workup is time consuming. I get people all want service at the same time and weekend are busy but more staff in each dept to do the basic questions or grunt work or maybe a take a number then poke around and we will send a text alert that you are next up to sit with a window guy or a kitchen rep or paint counter person would be great. If we all have the tech, let's put it to use.

I have received wonderful customer service at your Berlin store. I was just there today and Mario helped me select & purchase a door for my breezeway. He is very knowledgeable, kind & polite. He was patient helping me with all my questions. I am definitely coming back for future purchases.

The store is good and comfortable, the only thing that I find uncomfortable is that there is only one space for veterans, I have also found vehicles that do not have a veterans license plate, they are parked in the only space there is for us, veterants
