Selections are usually available and guidance based on experience has always offered me options to make selection easier and meaningful.

I purchased some products from the Berlin Home Depot. The employee in the self check out lineadded a bag charge. I explained I am spending almost 50 dollars and refuse to pay 10 cents for the bag. The other gentleman working there stated he would give me the bag at no charge as a 1 time courtesey. I checked my emailed receipt and was charged for the bag. Just out of principal because they lied to me I will be returning everything tomorrow for a full refund and will never shop here again. I can not stand being lied to and will go to another store or competitor up the road instead. The same product and price and same distance. I do not care about the 10 cent bag tax. The bag is tiny and only cost Home Depot less than 2 cents. Now think of the profit you just lost for that 10 cent charge and the BLATANT LIE TO MY FACE TELLING ME THE BAG WOULD BE NO CHARGE.

The store is a clean store. With a few friendly faces, it made this large warehouse feel a little warmer. I was greeted by a young man who was helpful. The cashier was really nice.( she was super new) The older woman who looked like she had been there a hundred years was a bit crass and snarky. I paid with an electronic gift card.

Have been shopping in the Berlin Home Depot for 20 years. Love the store, happy with the products I purchase, but most of all impressed by the continued great customer service that I have received through the years. Keeps getting better. Grew up and worked in my parent's hardware store so I know what it means to give and get great, friendly and helpful service. You can depend on it if you shop in The Home Depot in Berlin, CT.

Always friendly, knowledgable and helpful employees at this store. I so appreciate the ability to buy a piece of lumber and to have Home Depot cut it to my desired length. No other store that I know of does this for me. I bought my backyard shed at Home Depot and they delivered, built it on site and cleaned up after in four hours. They did a fantastic job! Wouldn't hesitate to buy another from them. We are a Home Depot family and it is our go-to place for tools, lumber, appliances, paints, rugs etc.

in the past few weeks the service has come to a hole new level. I have visited the store 4 times and Adam has been the best. He hasen't always had the answer, but has found it for me, and in one case called to follow up to make sure everything worked out for me. If you need help, ask for Adam or a member of his team.

employee s are great walked into the store and went to pick up sheet rock and an employee came right over to help .when i checked 0ut this cashier was so nice and i got through the line so quickly couldn't believe it, she also gave me information about discount for vets . an outstanding employee deserves a pat on the back and a raise.

The Berlin, CT store is consistently well organized and usually has everything I need. More than that, it is the people: Tom in Electrical, a couple people in plumbing, and the paint desk people are usually great. I don't do as much these days with the pro desk, but Mark and Colin have been solid for years. And let's not forget the loaders!

I LIKE SEEING THE SAME FACES WHEN I SHOP. ALWAYS SAY GOOD MORNING. I LIKE THAT SERVICE.

Bounty Select-A-Size White Paper Towels (6-Huge Rolls) SKU 600-140 was on a merchandised on a pallet in the main aisle with no price signs. When I scanned the item with the Home Depot app, the price came up as $12.69. When I got to the register, the price rang up as $16.97. Both the cashier Mary and Head Cashier Melissa refused to honor the Home Depot app price. I had wanted to purchase two packages of paper towels. After much arguing, Melissa only discount one of the paper towels. She was rude.

With the help of the staff I always find everything that I am looking for it.

If you need an appliance see Margarita. She is very helpful and knowledgeable. I found exactly what I was looking for at a good price. I will definitely be back!

I placed an order for a delivery and installation of a dishwasher. Dishwasher was delivered by an independent shipper who informed me that this was a "2-step" order and that a plumber would be along later in the day. I had NOT been told that delivery and installation would NOT occur at the time of delivery. I called later to inquire when to expect the installer only to be told that an independent plumber would be in contact with me within 48 hours to set up an appointment! Right now, it's 5:15 p.m. (Friday) and I don't expect a plumber today. Not so sure about Saturday and doubtful about Sunday! Next time I'll know to inquire as to whether or not I would be dealing with Home Depot for the entire order and installation. Very disappointed! I had to select 1 star to even submit survey.

I walked into the garden center and both employees were on their phones and they didn't acknowledge us. When I went to check out I asked our cashier if she knew if the hanging basket I picked out was full sun or not. First, she told me to read the tag, I informed her that I did and it didn't have the information I was looking for. Then she continued to ring up the basket while rolling her eyes and told me I could google it... while repeating the total and telling us they were petunias. Worst customer service ever!!

Terrific employees that try to go above and beyond even as compared to other Home Depot locations. I will go out of my way to return!

In general, my experience with Home Depot over the years has been positive. The employees are helpful and although I had to wait a few minutes to get assistance, once they arrived they were very helpful and I was able to find what I was looking for.

Mike V and Irena are both awesome!!! I rarely ever write a review but my experience was so lovely, I just had to. Mike brought me to every product area about which I inquired, he made lots of helpful suggestions, he corrected an incorrect shelf price, and even carried my things to the cashier! Irena praised her colleague along with me and looked out for him by mentioning I could provide a review! Thank you both!!
