Generous Staff Store clean.

Not enough associates in Hardware, Garden, and Plumbing at 10am on a Sunday morning. The associates I could find didn't know where items were or were too busy stocking shelves to help me. Terrible experience.

Did we nail it? YEEESSSSSSSS The customer service was far beyond my expectations. This is why I shop at Home Depot. I was in the lightning department with my Mother and we failed to get a cart at the front. A store employee saw that we were struggling and went out of his way to get a cart for us. My mother and I also came to the store to purchase a bathroom vanity and rug. Wow Wil and Hector at the front were A+ and even helped us load the items into our car. Also I am In the military and having the Military Discount really helped with our tight budget.

Home Depot has become a better store to shop than Lowe’s. I see more help available to assist customers. Mark in Appliances did an great job helping me yesterday. Thanks Mark.

Customer service has really deteriorated in this store. They are quick to offer excuses instead of helping with solutions.

Tiffany helped out a lot. I asked her how long she’s been with the company and she said she’s new! More employees like her need to be hired!!!

Had a great experience shopping there. One HD CSR Rep China was amazing. Very knowledgeable and very attentive. High risk person here, she was aware and stay with me throughout my selection until I arrived at the register. Once there the cashier was equally polite. Great job Home Depot.

The Newington Store location is not adhering to the State of Connecticut and CDC guidelines to ensure safety from Co-Vid 19. I find this troubling for those in a high risk catagory.

Went to pick up . Associate took details and told me stuff will be out in a few minutes. Called back 35 minutes later . They found the associate gone home and didn't tell anybody. The second associate took care of it and apologised. I was out in 50 minutes.

Computer counts on inventory and actual inventory differ. Wasted time going to the store to find out that they show two items in inventory but the store does not order or have the product on-hand. Someone needs to proofread the website and inventory count of product.

This store has taken the Covid19 issue to heart. Very clean and organized store. Plenty of room in majority of aisles to keep social distancing in Check. They have a ton of everything you need. Been here 3 times this week trying to help the economy.

VERY FRIENDLY STORE ASSOCIATES

If you are in need of a large appliance, don't hesitate to consider the Berlin, CT store. The sales associates are by far the best to deal with. They offer their assistance, you don't have to go looking for help. Store is organized and easy to navigate.

We were assisted by an associate named Pete who helped us cut a large amount of plywood for a home project. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and precise with the cuts. Because of him, I would definitely recommend this store.

I think all HD stores are good my experience in the Berlin, CT store was a little better because of the extra effort that Ned L. provided in during my visit

Messy, no one to help, while employees were in groups talking. The drill I bought was an obvious return. What a horrible experience. Never again.

I recently moved here to Connecticut from California. I've been to other home improvement stores trying to get set up in my new place. Your employee "Paul" from Ireland was absolutely amazing. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and fast! I can't say enough positive things about my experience with him. I have returned to this location to shop again based on my experience with his customer service!
