The shopping experience is not pleasant anymore, your are not well treated by employees. The warehouse is at the same level of mediocre quality as the Gaithersburg or Cherry Hill warehiuses and soon will go as down as PG Plazza od the New York avenue warehouses.

Good visit good employees good store!

I placed an order for Toilet installation on 7/17. This has been my worst service experience ever. It took me 3 visits and being sent from one department to another to place the order. After placing the order (for over 2 weeks), in-spite of regular follow ups and multiple calls / voicemails to the store, the installer has still not contacted me. Talked to multiple store associates, but no one seemed to have any idea what to do. Frustrated by this whole experience, I went to the store to cancel the order. But the customer service team does not even know how to do it ! Avoid getting installation services at this store.

I wandered around looking for items and when asking employees they either sent me to the wrong place or had no idea of the products. When I finally found the items on my own I went back to the original employees to show them the objects and where they could be found in case in the future someone else asked the same question. The couldn’t have been anymore disinterested

Manager Mike to a major asset. Too many personnel tell customers what they cannot do. He looks for what he can do to help a customer.

I have been shopping at this location since it was a Hechingers. Home Depot finally moved in and it remains a serious upgrade. Helpful staff. Good inventory.

I was at self checkout and Mayra from pro stop to help me it made the transaction very quick and simple she was very nice

Anthony and Myra are awesome! They went above and beyond to help me and it goes along way when everyone you called was unreachable and people pass you by. Kudos to the both of you; you are an excellent asset to Home depot. Thanks for helping me choose the right Portable Battery Charger...Yay!!!! I will never forget how you impacted my situation for the good and caring about my safety.

The New cashier (Teresa) at bethesda home depot is a recent arrival from TN with her southern charm and melody in her voice, Does set you back 20-30 yrs to a more relaxing era. If you are not over 40 - 50 years old then ask your parents.

It was such a pleasure to have Evelyn as my cashier. She was friendly and informative. Evelyn is a true treasure at HomeDepot. I look forward to seeing her again in the store on my next visit.

when we were first renovating in 2018-2020, this store was TERRIBLE. Everyone was unhelpful and rude and just not willing to work but something has changed in the last year or so. I think maybe new management but now I have nothing but positivity. Darryl G. helped me out and went out of his way to do it. Most of the other employees seem to have the same attitude. Also shout to to Farzad in returns! He was super nice too. I'm very happy that my local HD has great customer service.

Ashlei my cashier was super nice, make my visit a very pleasant experience, she offered me the commercial credit card but she was not pushy at all . And again wish her a happy birthday she mention it was going to be her birthday next week, so I promised her to write a review for her, the pro desk cashiers were very nice very different from other Home Depot

There was a greeter at the front door that had a warm smile and welcomed everyone into the store.

Brought in a couple of items for a return. I dont have the receipt but i shop here so often i cant keep every receipt since they have my pro extra information anyways. The employee Aviance was rude and had a terribly attitude when i asked to swipe a different credit card to lookup the receipt. She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth and gave a long sigh after she said something like it was so annoying to have me there.

I had the best experience with Gabriel from BOPIS he went above and beyond to help me with everything showing me how things worked. He was so patient and just overall amazing. Also, Jack was really nice and helpful and Mary on the cashier. Tael was really sweet really made me feel welcome all of them.

I've never rented a rug shampoo machine and decided to try home depot. The customer service rep - Richard T explained how to use it and because it was heavy, met me outside to put it in my car. He was very helpful and friendly.

Got outstanding assistance from these two fine gentlemen in the lumber section.

I love the level of service and professionalism that exists at this location. There is always product, always a friendly smile, and always a satisfying experience.

I use this store for most of my projects like handyman , good thins if we come and we are sure they have everything in store

on 1/14/23 I ordered 5 items online ~2:30 for curbside, and arrived at store after 4:30. The order hadn't been picked. An outside man went to a service desk woman who said she'd get it picked; told me to pull my car up. 15 mins later, no goods. I found service desk person wandering around w/ my order in hand, no picker. I picked it myself; gloves that I'd already charged for weren't in stock. Took lumber to my car on apron, no one helped me load. At all times many staff were standing around.

Rob C did a great job and I’m grateful for the service received today in selecting our tools.

No employees to help you. 2 other customers waiting and were just as frustrated
