I arrived early in the morning to purchase some salt and was greeted soon as I arrived through the door. A young lady directed me to what I was looking for right away. I was helped by Richard and Dawg and they were a pleasure to be served by. Thank you guys for all your help. But most of all thank you for doing it with friendliness and a smile behind the mask. Von in the paint department is the best, friendliest, and funniest person you have in that store!. He is very knowledgeable about the products and where to find them. He always makes my trip to HD more enjoyable. Promote him!

This is my local Home Depot. I generally know where all products are located, so don't often ask for assistance. However, this morning I had locked both my phone and my keys in my car. The Latino gentleman at Customer Service allowed me to use his personal phone to call my husband, since there wasn't a public phone in the store. Outstanding!

This is definitely the best Home Depot in the Washington Metropolitan Area! Great service and well stocked!

I have always enjoyed shopping at the Home Depot in Bethesda. I have always encountered the Sales Associates extremely friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and spotless. All the shelves are always stocked and organized. My favorite though is Richard at Customer Service. He is always so personable and professional.

This store is much better organized than nearby Home Depot stores.

Home Depot offers everything you might need at a home improvement store. The employees are knowledgable and helpful, making your shopping experience easy and quick.

This particular Home Depot is exceptional... most everybody you come in contact with is extremely helpful and courteous. I cannot recommend enough that you visit this store if you live in the area.

Frequently had to search for an associate. Some were not particularly helpful, vaguely gesturing to a location of the items I wanted. Shelf information frequently does not match items on shelves.

This store does not have a very good selection of organizational products such as shelving units. I have only been to this store twice, but both times the employees were not helpful. I had to ask four different employees where I could find box fans, and only the last one was nice / helpful. This store also does not have good measures in place for social distancing.

Friendly staff and organized

Terrible experience with them. Ordered custom doors on Aug 4 for a Aug 22 pickup. Confirmed order was there on August 23. Went to pick up on Sept 1 and was told the vendor cancelled the order on Aug 4? So, I had contractors waiting to install a door that was never even ordered (but paid for) and was told was in but was never ordered???

Mr. Fergal is FANTASTIC!! A Big Thank You for EXCELLENT Service to Mr. Fergal in the Lumber Dept. He provided the high caliber of service that you would only expect from a big customer in an old fashioned lumberyard that deals exclusively with demanding architectural and building professionals. I was standing in the lumber dept. waiting for someone to help me after spending a lot of time looking at wood that was too big and heavy for me to move around and inspect myself….and Mr. Fergal came to the rescue. He carefully scrutinized the wood I needed for my latest home project, found the best pieces he could, and cut them precisely. Then he loaded the lumber on my cart so I could safely and easily transport the wood. This Store Associate is a true professional who cares about his work, and the customers. Thank you Mr. Fergal.
