Most friendly employee Home Depot, I've ever been to...

I am always looking forward to shopping at the BETHESDA Home Depot. The employees there are welcoming, professional and go above and beyond to help customers with their needs! Go PRASAD! GO RICHARD! GO JOSE! GO KIM! Go GABE! All of them are awesome! They even shop with me aisle by aisle. I love it!

After receiving help from a friendly manager, I was able to get what I needed and begin my move immediately. From the moment I entered the store until I left, I felt happy about my time at Home Depot. Thanks!

Improved customer service in all departments recently noted. I'm impressed.

I purchased a GE Refrigerator from the Westlake, Bethesda store. I had already researched different brands before the visit. Just wanted to see the features of different GE models. The sales associate was very helpful in answering a few questions I had. He promptly processed the transaction and arranged for delivery. I was out of the store in less than 10 minutes.

I bought construction duck materials three days ago I am happy I did it.

I like this store because the garden center has employees who load you car with the materials you buy like top soil and mulch and you do not have to put it on a cart and take it to check out.

My experience was ruined by the cashier, who took up too much time pressuring me to get a Home Depot card, and then proceeded to do the same thing to the next customer waiting in the long line

Staff has always been very helpful so I was really surprised at being harassed at checkout.

I was helped my an employee called Telent and he was the best he was so helpful and knowledgeable in the garden department. His definitely an assist to Home Depot Bethsda.

Unless you shop at none peak times, getting in and out of this parking lot is a nightmare!

Extremely helpful and friendly store associate. Great attitude. She has the charisma of a strong leader. More people like Ms. Ghada, who is a strong asset to this store, would make shopping experiences significantly better.I felt like I was shopping at Tiffany's and not a big box store. Great service, great attitude, I wish every store associate was like this lady.

All the employees at the Bethesda Home Depot are friendly and helpful. When we for got our coupon, the next time we went back, the manager- Stephanie was especially helpful in that she was able return all our items (including plants already in the ground) so that we were able to take advantage of the coupon savings. I love the store, I love the staff. You have enough succulents, can you order more varieties like the pony tail palm.

The employees in this store are a AWESOME, GREAT, n RESPECTFUL.

If you need assistance in the electrical department be prepared to wait.

With employees like Tracey who treat you with such kindness it makes you want to return again and again and again.

I prefer driving further south to that store, simply for the fact associates are very helpful, walk me to the are where I am looking for an item , they spend time showing me different options, add to that a great helpful Cashier

On Saturday 19 Feb., 2022, Cashier Stephanie saw me looking for the shortest checkout line, waved me over to her checkout station, checked me out quickly, accurately, and equally important, in a friendly and professional manner. The store was quite busy as it was a holiday weekend. She saved me precious time by checking me out fast after a very long shopping trip. Very much appreciated. Keep up the great effort Stephanie!

There are a couple of employees I enjoy seeing everytime we come in to this store. Mr. Bill Mrs. Stephanie and Prasuad. I WILL ALWAYS COME BACK TO THIS STORE. ITS THE BEST OUT OF ALL THE HOME DEPOTS I HAVE BEEN IN.

Associates are helpful and pleasant

This store has a great location! But it is very small. Consequently, it's inventory suffers--both has to variety and quantity. Too many of the employees are good at stocking inventory, but know nothing of the work for which that inventory is sold. Consequently they cannot offer much, if any, practical advice, nor are they skilled at thinking outside the box to assist/guide customers in problem-solving their hardware issues. BTW, I very much like the re-imagined returns "desk." Enuf-4-now.
