This store is well stocked, clean and has great associates that are always willing to help. Grateful to have Home Depot so close to me. I can always count on it to have what I need.

I had a very difficult time at this HD yesterday. Half of the employees were polite and half were BEYOND rude, and should be retrained or moved to a different store. The greeter was fine, didn't catch his name. Ray E was rude. I needed boxes moved that were blocking access to the PVC pipes. I asked Ray E to help, and he said it wasn't his department. I said you are an employee here, he reluctantly moved the boxes, then walked away, not asking if I needed help. I then DID need help, and went to FIND a person, since you always have to FIND a person to help. (Next time I will take the door greeter with me to be my personal shopper). I found a large white older man with a very bulbous nose, NO NAME TAG, and lots of Home Depot "bling." I said I wanted to show him a picture, and had to pull it up. He ignored me, and turned to help a man and then ANOTHER man! As if a WOMAN was INVISIBLE to him. I do have a Pro account, but HE would never know that! I quickly found the picture; I couldn't remember if the PVC pipe measurement was internal or external. He replied it was the internal measurement. As he walked away my son heard him say, "F..king entitled Potomac people. Go back to your million-dollar homes." My son thought he sounded like a ranting crack head. I was SHAKING I was so upset with the customer service. As we left to pay for our 2 PVC pipes and 4 metal threaded pipes and washers and bolts, we were walking down an isle towards check out. 3 employees were cutting boxes in the middle of the isle. We waited, no one moved to the side. I needed to go, as a I had a client call at 1 pm and it was 12:30pm. Finally, I said, "Excuse me, I need to go" and walked through them. The cashier was very nice and helpful. I asked for the manager, and the head cashier appeared instead. Maribel was VERY nice, and said she could help me. I explained the situation to her, and we walked through the store and I identified the two gentlemen. I was dressed up a bit yesterday because I had a zoom call at 1pm, and I have a heal spur, and found that low high heels (1 inch sandals) help alleviate the pain, so I was nicely dressed in a skort with a short sleeve shirt, and sandals, with a fused glass necklace (not expensive) and matching earrings (not expensive). Unfortunately, I would say from my experience yesterday that I need to come down to "their level" to be accepted by the male employees at that Home Depot. I've NEVER had that problem in Gaithersburg!! Normally, I'm not that dressed up, so next time I better slum it when going to Home Depot so I'm not treated so poorly by the men at that store as being percieved as an "entitled Potomac" woman. I'm so angry about this most recent visit I may write a formal letter to Craig Menear. I suspect that NEITHER of these men even know who he is. The white male customer service yesterday was abominable, and I am a white woman. This needs to be addressed by Home Depot corporate.

Close by and convenient

My favorite home depot not only because it's conveniently look at it right across from make the dominium but the staff are all friendly which makes you feel good when you visit. Especially TWO staff, SARAH and DONALDY were both outstanding cashiers!!!

The store is amazing, clean, neat and organized. But what make this store special is the helpful team they have and today I had the most helpful experience with Best of the Best, ROB , Knowledgeable, patient and very helpful. Definitely # 1 store

I had a couple of return items from my moving, scattered among different receipts and frankly, it was a little bit inconvenient asking someone to go through those receipts, but a young lady named Sarah helped me patiently. Thank you Sarah

The store was clean and we found helpful employees both inside the store and out at the garden center. The store was clean and well organized and the employees were all very helpful -- both in assisting in finding what we were looking for and in loading our heavy items.

Very convenient location close to the bus terminal at Montgomery Mall.

If you have gardening needs you must find Mike Ryan and Mr. Reza. They are the best and answered all my questions.

The store was clean they had stocked shelves the Bethesda store is the only one I will go to. The people were friendly and helpful and they did not run away when they saw me coming as they do at the other stores.Also my friend went to another Home Depot to get paint and was told maybe she should have her husband with her! She could have had his job but she was being extremely nice. Only go to Bethesda if you want to be treated as a valued customer.

The staff was very helpful. Donald at customer service helped me find what I wanted real fast and quick. He was also very knowledgeable about tools

The cashier named Yekoye was very friendly and showed interests in my shopping in the store.

I was looking for a drill at this store (Bethesda area). Rob C and Blake L were very helpful to me and my daughter find a drill that fit to our project, showing us our options, and being very patient.

Ms. Sage Momo in Flooring was VERY helpful and knowledgeable about window treatments I was/am considering....very nice to work with and attention to detail on the measurements.

They had great customer service, and I would definitely recommend.

Good size parking lot never any issues there. Friendly staff and no long lines considering how big the store is. Very well run !
