Never got a call that my special order flooring was in and then they just returned it and didn’t seem to care at all.

This store must have great management, as it is always stocked and clean. From the sales associated to the cashiers, they never fail to impress me. Special shout out to Buck in the Plumbing Dept for helping me.

The store has a very poor system for controlling incoming calls. Long waits on hold listening to announcement. Then when someone does pick up and you ask for a certain department, the will say that they will connect you and you stay on hold for a while again until someone else "may" pick up and ask you again. Then it is back on hold again. In my case 3 calls on one day and never got a hold of Blinds and window treatments. 6 more calls on another day still did not get to that department. Finally had to drive about 10 miles to the store and walk in just to find out if the measurement of my windows had been turned in so we could order new blinds. Luckily, they were, and we could order our new blinds.

Love the garden department. Great prices and plants.

I am renovating a home and needed exterior and interior doors. Janice in millwork listened to what I wanted, suggested products, helped me get the best price with my Pro account, and even made sure I had help loading my purchases. The employees of this store feel like part of my team!

I appreciate Mike in electrical chasing down my items and getting them up to the pro for me to pickup. As a disabled vet I can’t tell you enough how much I appreciated this. Biloxi store.

This place and the staffing was well lit courteous and helpful.

Had to guess what type of lichen bulbs I needed, just needed help finding it. Asked customer service to call for help. They called, I heard them, 10 minutes and no one showed. They called again, another 10 min. I gave up and guessed. Bad experience

Melissa really makes you feel welcome and treats you as a valued customer. She assisted me with a return and with my purchase. She's a great asset to your Biloxi Home Depot team.

We had an amazing experience at Home Depot diberville last week and tonight. The lady who assisted us, Willisa at the paint mixing counter was friendly, smiling, knowledgeable, and helpful! She is an asset to the store...great service is hard to come by in this day and time and I was very satisfied with my experience both times we have been in this week!

The salesperson that I questioned did not have the answer, yet They sought the one who could do a task for me, and they even cut the lumber so it would fit in my pickup .

This is not about any product sold at Home Depot but is about an employee that works at Home Depot. His name is Omar and he is a cashier. He literally is the politis most personable cashier in the store as far as I'm concerned.

The local store has been very unhelpful unless you buy a smartphone and download an app to make their life easier. I am not buying a fancy phone at 67 years of age. Showing my military ID card should be sufficient.

One employee said bug spray would be in the garden area. Another employee helped me find it. We searched on 3 different isles before we found it.

This Home Depot was amazing. Love shopping here.

I have shopped this store since they opened. I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here and have returned products with and without receipts one several occasions. Today marks a Home Depot first! I finished a project, took my extra pieces (outlets, insulation, rubber base molding etc) to my local store without my receipt and oddly they couldn’t look up my purchase with my card as they have in the past. Previously this was no issue as I would get a store credit but today I was declined by The Retail Equation’s (TRE) refund system. Imagine my surprise. I called as recommended and was basically told “we are sorry but you cannot return these items.” So now I have $153.51 worth of materials I cannot use. I will locate any unused HD gift cards, use them, cancel my HD credit account and shop the local competitor. I hope that HD executives understand that they money they didn’t return to me pales in comparison to the money lost in future purchases from me. The poor review doesn’t reflect on the store or its employees.

I called the Biloxi store to find some oil that i couldn’t find anywhere . Online it said they had one , so when i called i spoke too the young woman named Nainya and she went too see if you guys actually had it before i had too make a two hour drive From CrestView,Fl. Not only did you have it but you had Two , she set it aside and i drove Straight down. The customer service she displayed on the phone and in person wasn’t enough for just a survey that i completed but to be put out here as a way too show you all that good people do exist and it’s the simplest tasks that makes a difference to a lot of us. To show that i called a total of 20 different stores before reaching the Biloxi, Mississippi store where Nainya went over and beyond. Every associate had a great attitude i encountered throughout. I hope this is showing you how important those people are the difference they make.

The staff at this store has excellent customer service. They are knowledgeable and courteous. I will now be a regular customer of this Home Depot.

Shopping in a big box store can be a daunting experience. The store employees through their customer first orientation made this journey a good experience for us.

I want to inform you all that not too often, we can attend an establish were it isn't short handed or busy. With everything that has rocked us to the core over the last 18 months it is safe to say that we like a little bit of normalcy in our everyday lives. My Husband Phil and I love going into the Home Depot, and now we are even more excited to continue to do just that. We are rebuilding for retirement and for our grandbabies so when we came in looking at appliances and much more , we got the most warm and delightful young lady. Now we have encountered her once before while she was working over in paint and that was over almost two months ago. Therefore I know she didn't remember us and at first we did not remember her, until she started too help us and my Husband noted she was the young lady that he would always deal with no matter the wait or the hour( by the way he is very impatient , so that is spaying a lot). I know in this lifetime we go out our way to make things hard on others but I wanted too go out of my way to say that Niyana you are such a sweetheart and I hope that others get too experience your presences and light in this present day. Darling I wish there were millions of you too go around. Thank you Home Depot for providing Great service throughout your establishment.

The Paint associate Is truly one of the best I have encountered in a very long time . The young lady is forthcoming on ensuring she helps you , she has the most pleasant tone and demand on making sure that whatever you need she finds a way too help even if you aren’t getting it or they don’t have it. Truly made me change from my main store to the this one. The cashier at the Returns desk and Customer service was great as well.

If you need any customer assistance at all go to another store. I asked for help multiple times and could not get any. I will not be shopping at this location again.

I shop at Home Depot because they have a better selection of hardware. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and in order.
