This is my primary store to shop from. It's convenient and usually have people to help you find what you need and can get out easily from the store and to the traffic Love the store.

I was shopping in Independence Missouri! Now I wish I had not filled out survey if you don’t even know where purchase was made by info to log in!

Waited over 30 minutes to get wood cut while employee was stand just talking with other employees then went and sit down in the tool rental area have a drink then walked out to get carts. I went to the front desk and had them call twice both times the guy( muscular with bleached blond hair. Chase?) look back at me and went and did other things after. He could care less that I was trying to send money or that I have been waiting.

The employees in this store always seem to go out of there way to make everyone shopping here feel welcomed and that they generally care about the projects that we (customers) are working on or doing. I've always been helped every time I come in and after being helped have just observed the employees behaviors and they are consistently talking with and trying to help all there customers.

Amazing customer service from the young lady, Niyana, in the paint department! 100% will be returning because of her! The other associates are not as helpful & seem to want to tell you anything to just get you out the department. I'm only rating this a 5 star because of Niyana.

Hands above so much better than the nearby ugly blue box store. HD people have better dispositions and eagerness to help.

The employees were friendly and helpful, especially Niyana in the paint department. The store was clean and I felt as if I was appreciated while shopping.

This is my go-to store when I need anything related to home improvement(s) for my dwelling. The store associates are always cordial, polite, professional, and willingly provides information or escorts me to the product I need.

The manager has got to be One of the best pwople employed there. Not one snag on resolving a minor issue n felt like he cared about us

The workers provided the details it took for me to make a decision to purchase the mower that I purchased. After asking an employee to help me lift it he said sure but let him go get another cart that would be much easier to use for the mower. He returned and gladly assisted.

The Biloxi,Ms location has always been my favorite. The associates and management are always friendly and are eager to help. Someone has always stopped to ask if I didn't. I appreciate the friendliness and the cleanliness of the store. during this pandemic and all of the hurricanes we have had along the coast the staff has been there to check shipments and when it would be in stock.

Our salesperson was friendly, efficient and helpful. The store was clean and well organized. We were able to find everything we needed and are scheduled for delivery in an acceptable time frame.

There is always helpful and knowledgeable associates to help with any projects I may have. The store is very clean and well organized.

I ordered sheet metal on 02 Nov 2020. At time of order was told it would arrive on 11 Nov 2020. After that date, it had not arrived, I started calling the store to find out a status. Every time I called, the sales person stated they needed to contact the vendor and would call me back. The sales persons I talked to either lied or are incompetent. Never received a call back. Finally today, 01 Dec, a month after my order, the sales associated contacted the vendor while I was on hold. The vendor stated that my sheet metal had been shipped and received, and they faxed a copy to the sales person. The sales person stated that the signature of the person that received the items did not work at the store. She stated that maybe the items had been delivered to someone else. I asked to talk to a manager. The manger stated that he would find out what is going on. About 20 min later, I called again, and the sheet metal had magically appeared and had been there since 20 Nov. So, this store is completely incompetent, or no communication. I asked to get my items delivered, and was told that it would be at least a week. So no consideration whatsoever for the delay in my order. I called corporate to lodge a complaint, was offered a gift card, I told them I would never step foot in another Home Depot unless it was a last resort, so they can keep the gift card.

I ordered a item on November 8th and went to the store on November 11th to pick up the item and it wasn't there nor did they have another one! This store wasted over an hour of my time trying to "find" my item I purchased. Then they tried to send me to another location that showed 8 in stock but I had them physically check their inventory and they had none! I asked customer service clerk if she could order one to replace the one that was stolen from me and she stated she didn't know if they would get it in. There was another brand that was a little more expensive that the manager would not make my purchase good with that one to keep me satisfied. The customer service clerk was very nice and apologetic but the waste of my time was my biggest issue. I feel like I was not treated fairly by this location and am very disappointed in Home Depot.

Home Depot used to feel like an industrial warehouse that catered only to contractors. Over the last year or so, I've noticed a shift towards brightening up the store and adding touches to make women more comfortable (arrangement of items on shelves to make them easier to find, etc). They've also added quite a few employees to make it incredibly easy to find everything I need. The store is clean and apparently sanitized, and every employee I came into contact with was friendly. One even walked me the entire store, finding everything on my list (from my husband). Great experience.

The store is always well stocked. The prices very fair and competitive and the staff always friendly. The parking lot and bathrooms are also nice and clean.

Cashier Joanna shared about a Home Depot credit card and it saved me $50.00 with 6 months no interest. She was VERY nice and helpful. The store here is easy to access from I-10 and I like the way the store is laid out; easy to find what I'm looking for.

The Biloxi, MS location of Home Depot has the most friendly and professional employees. We had a major issue that they resolved in a timely manner. Our interaction with Sandra the store manager was exceptional and Brittany and Lese were instrumental in handling the transaction we needed taken care of . Thank-you to all and the great employee service at our location.
