Get better employees in the appliance section who are more friendly & really want to help

excellent service from manager and customer service rep. Also two from lawn and garden. No pushing to purchase and giving time to answer and ask questions, never felt rushed and did feel like i was in a family gathering, I thank them and wish them continued success,

WOW , Talk about service! Left early to avoid the Saturday lines expecting for an hour visit in store. Got SKU on what I needed and presented to cashier for payment and she immediately got 2 associates with a forklift to help me load out

We had an excellent experience shopping in store today. Normally we rush in and know what we need to buy but today we had to ask for help with a leaking water heater and were fortunate enough to speak with George. He was so friendly and patient and answered all of our questions. George gave excellent customer service! We will definitely continue shopping with the biloxi location for our home repair needs.

The store was clean a little over stock in the ailes but other then that it good.

I was having issues placing an order for pickup at store. One item that was needed immediately was placing for delivery to home. I called the store and got Angel. After a very brief hold, Angel determined the best for my situation was to put in a will call pickup. She was extremely patient with me to place the entire order instead of the one item I was having issues with. Angel was extremely nice and I felt good when I got off the phone. I will do more business with Home Depot because of Angel and her friendliness.

If every associate was like David in paint, every other home improvement store would shut down. Kind, friendly, fast, knowledgeable, hilarious, and he cares about your project as if it was his own. If I'd have to drive further, I would. He's just that good. Keep up the great work, young man. Employees like you are hard to come by, sir, know that.

Every employee I've dealt with in the last 5 years has been extremely nice and helpful. Products excluding my last trip have always been available. Assistance received every time. Store has always been clean. I normally shop between 1 pm and 6 pm.

The salespeople at this store are always friendly and knowledgeable of their departments.

Entirely too much stuff in the isles cannot use a shopping cart in the store. We live on the gulf coast and for some reason we can’t find no patio stuff it’s a seasonal item where we live on the gulf coast we should be able to find outdoor stuff anytime.But rest a sure it is October 18 the Christmas decorations is 50% off and we are currently displaying Easter stuff at our Biloxi Home Depot

Ruth is the greatest cashier and the most thoughtful and beautiful woman!

The cashiers Myranda and Erika were both incredibly helpful and patient with me. All associates in the store should learn a bit about these sweet women.

Finding what I needed was extremely easy! David in paint department is a master in paint! He is able to help you pick out the picture color for any project! He explains everything in detail for you to understand from what brushes you will make your painting project easier and helps you figure out what color finish you would like! The store was clean and associates all greeted you and they were always there if you needed any help.

Clean, easy to navigate, helpful staff, good quality products

I ordered a dishwasher on July 5th. Was told my delivery date would be July 16th and I would get a call the day before confirming delivery. Well I get a call 7/15 confirming delivery then 4hrs later get another call saying that my order would not be delivered on the 16th but rescheduled on the 24th. After making plans for the original delivery date I now have to take another day off work for a product that I have paid for in advance. I have made several phone calls to the delivery service, home depot customer service and have gotten no where no one has told me that my new date is even confirmed. No one has offered from any department of any sort of compensation or can tell me why I got confirmation on original delivery but all sudden changed dates. Nor can tell me where MY product is or confirm I will actually receive it on the 24th. This is unacceptable!! And I'm tired of getting the run around. Also I know warranties and they start on date of purchase. So I paid for a product that has warranty on it. But guess what i havent even gotten to use it. So what happens to it once something happens 3 weeks after that when I actually receive it. Nothing warranty is expired...I work in customer service myself and this should be rectified!
