I usually shop at the gulfport location, but found myself in the area and decided to try this location out. Altho this store appears to be smaller, the stock is full and easy to find. I found more of a selection in the items I was there to shop for. and I found it very easy to navigate thru the store. Very nice shopping experience ...if you want a change of pace I highly recommend this location. Very clean and plenty of employees on staff if assistance is needed.I bought some paint for my front door and the guy working in the paint department was very friendly and extremely helpful.

Superior Shopping Experience to the Lowes Location 2 miles away in D'iberville.

Highly recommend. I’ve always experienced courteous friendly staff from the Garden Shop to inside the store throughout ! I make several visits to this store monthly for home needs and lawn .

I shop this store all the time! The employees are always helpful, courteous and professional. This is definitely my "go-to" store. I have made some big purchases from this store (kitchen cabinets, new carpet, appliances, and lawn care products, etc.). I always get the best customer service there! This store is always neat and clean.

I love this store. Employees are friendly even at the end of the work day. The cashier Ruth helped me locate what I was looking for and checked me out quickly and efficiently. The product I bought was reasonably priced. She thanked me for my military service and gave me 10% off my purchase.

Again, too few associates except for gardening and lumber. Cannot get assistance when its needed in any other department. I walked up and down through the store looking for an associate with luck.

I shopped here on 4 consecutive days and was very annoyed at the lack of associates in this store. Only in Gardening and lumber did I see associates. I search everywhere to try and get information on products I was looking for without success on all 4 days.

Can't find associates for help. a couple of days ago I waited at the paint department for more than 15 minutes with no-one there. I went to Lowes to buy my products.

The Biloxi store is always so helpful and courteous every time I go. They always help me find whatever I need.

Have more Milwaukee products available in store so I can get my military discount. Find a way for dot com orders placed in store to get military discount on regular and sale items and to show up in my order profile on hd.com. I should mot need an order # for in store dot com orders. i probably do not have it. Find a quicker way for returns.

Yes the store and the help was very friendly and knowledgeable. More than one person offered to help me. I purchased a refrigerator that I had been keeping my eye on. I have purchased several items in the past year a d received excellent service each time. I purchased a riding lawnmower. Received the same above average assistance. The store was clean and orderly.

On 'numerous occasions' I have been at my wit's-end trying to locate a part or getting exasperated trying to figure how to solve a problem, especially trying to make "something work" from stuff lying around. Your Expert personnel have real answers and real solutions to everyday problems and have been "rescued" more than several occasions (primarily weekends) when KARMA RULES! THX TO ALL!!!

Have always had a very good shopping experience, 99% of time had the item in store. Store employees seem glad to help and are friendly.

Great store.... More importantly, great people. Always someone to ask a question that will respond, and not say .... "Well, go over there to Aisle 34 and take a left". Instead, they take you there and if it is not their department, they will find someone ... and guess what? Whomever they summon for help .... ACTUALLY SHOWS UP. How refreshing.

I live near this store and have been coming here for four years. The people are always very helpful. Even if they do not still have pop corn. They do have free coffee. I am retired and do some of my own house repairs and improvements. They always great my small requests very courteous ly. I some times go here for exercise and to see new products. It is great!
