RIDICULOUS!!! the price that is marked on the shelf is not what you pay at checkout?? This has happened more than twice. I think I should report Home Depot to the FTC - for false advertising

Always friendly and helpful!

My most recent trip to this Home Home Depot as always, I was greeted when entering the store. A gentleman assisted me in locating a electric shopping cart "I'm a double amputee" so walking long distances proves hard on me. As I located the few items that I needed I found myself having trouble locating a particular adapter for my drill. A kind employee ask how she Could assist me. I described what I was looking for and rather than tell me where I could find it in the store; as I've experience in other local Home improvement stores. She took me right to it. Affirmed the item was what I needed and asked if there was anything else I needed. She then thanked me for shopping with Home Depot and invited me to return anytime. That there is A+ customer service. It definitely keeps me coming back!

Stan in the Brunswick, Ohio store, appliance salesperson was fantastic in helping us to decide on and buy five appliances on the same day. He was patient to answer the many questions that we had about the items, and was extremely helpful and courteous!!! 5 star!!!

I was in and out with no hassles.

I was on crutches and everyone went out of their to help me. They loaded my shower doll on a cart and also loaded it into my cart. Linda Markus was especially helpful.

Great store! It's close to my home and place of work. Very convenient. I go to HD over any home improvement store because I know their products and believe in what they sell. Even though a lot of stores are short staffed, the employees always do their absolute best to help me! So thank you HD! I've been a customer for a long time and plan to keep it that way!

I've been shopping here for years and have had my fair share of lovely associates. But Sam was by the friendliest cashier I've had. She's fast, efficient, and as lovely as an angel. The associates in garden were very helpful and friendly as well. I would definitely shop here again.

This is the second time I purchased a high priced item, and delivery and have been disappointed. This purchase was for a washer and dryer, I purchased the delivery, installation, haul away old washer and dryer, instead I got a delivery crew, who informed me the they were running late, and I could refuse delivery, and was unsure of another date, or I could let them leave the items in the garage, but could not tell me when another crew would be available to install and haul away the old units, stated it could be weeks before a completion of my purchase agreement would be met

I came in and wasn’t sure where to go to get small stones. I was pressed for time as one of my students had a late art show entry and needed them to cover the water pump over her handmade fountain. A man name Santino could tell on my face that I needed help and came and approached me to see if he could help me. He took me exactly where I needed to go and carried a heavy, wet, and cold bag for me, helped me find a cart and I was on my way within 10 minutes. What a wonderful store, plenty of selection of products, and great employees.

If you are looking for advice or plan on purchasing a new appliance do yourself a favor and ask for Linda!! She was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I ordered exactly what I needed!!

The garden center was cluttered with pallets of products to the point that it was impossible to get a shopping cart through the aisles. The were no garden center employees present. I mean absolutely zero employees.

i have shoped at other home depot stores , and for somr reason this store just has what it takes to be the best, iam not the only on that thinks this way.

Veterans now need a smartphone to download the app to get the military discount. But, what do veterans do if they don't have a smartphone. Furthermore, the discount expires and must be reloaded every two hours

If you need help with anything in the store, this gal will be friendly AND find the right associate to help you!

Home depot has many items to choose from and there is always an associate to help. That is just great today.

Your Appliance Specialist, Linda Markus has helped our family throughout the years and she just helped us again purchasing a new washing machine. She took the time to explain all the features of every washing machine and because of her knowledge we found a washing machine that will meet our families needs.

I have been very satisfied with this location since we've been doing our kitchen remodeling. I recommend talking with David in Kitchens as he had been a great asset to us so far!

I bought a new oven from the Brunswick store, the sales representative was a guy named Stan. he knew everything about appliances, was very professional and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions.

I would like to say that the employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and go above and beyond to be courteous to their customers.

Customer service was outstanding. The gentleman in doors and Reese at checkout. Thanks again.

We'd like to compliment Home Depot's employee at the Brunswick Ohio store for her much appreciated assistance in helping us with new carpet decisions. Susan Quallich has been a model sales rep in her willingness to help, her knowledge of HD's product line, her suggestions of specific elements of floor coverings such as density, padding, materials, warrantees, installation details, and her sensitivities to our needs and goals in our 1200 sq ft project. Actually we've dealt with her before as a secondary resource in a complex kitchen tile project and her professionalism has been consistently excellent. It's top shelf service that directs us to the Brunswick store in all departments and Susan is one of my favorites. Kudos to Home Depot's Personnel Department and please acknowledge our appreciation to your employees. From 5 Star customers Thank you

VERY HELPFUL EMPLOYEES AT THIS STORE

This location has very knowledgeable employees with exceptional teamwork! I highly recommend them.

From the time I entered the store and throughout my search for the products I wanted the employees were friendly made me feel welcome

On 5/22/21 at 12:00pm, I ordered a Magic Chef Freezer Chest from the Home Depot App. The app indicated that there was 8 available at the Strongsville Ohio location. The app said that my order would be ready in 2 hours. So i borrowed a pickup truck to be able to use to pick up this item. After 2.5, I had not heard from the location that my item was ready for to be picked up. I called the Strongsville store and they told me that my item hasn't been pulled yet and would be ready in another 1.5 hours. 2 hours later received text to say my order was cancelled. Called the store and was advised the item was out of stock. Manager told me to try another location and they would take $50 off the price for my inconvenience. They called Brunswick location and advised it was in stock and would be ready for pick up. Went to Brunswick location to pick up my item. They said they had it, so I paid for it. After I paid for it, and employee pulled out a cart with a freezer chest that was not in a box. I was advised that it was the item that I wanted and they only had a floor model available. It was all scratched up and it WASN'T EVEN THE SAME BRAND. It was a Vissani. I refused to take that item as it wasn't what I ordered. Another employee came over to assist me as this issue was getting frustrating and messy. (THANK GOODNESS FOR BELLA FOR KEEPING ME CALM. She was a great help. She deserves positive recognition). The male employee disappeared for about 10-15 minutes and miraculously appeared with the very freezer that I ordered from the app. This was a very frustrating experience that caused me to waste about 7 hours of my day, when it could've be resolved within an hour with one simple phone call.
