Sales associates are helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoy shopping at this store and wish more Home Depots were like it. The store is clean for the most part and products are in bins that they are assigned.

This store in Brunswick Ohio is a mess. I was unable to get to the supplies I needed in the Drywall area because the same load of damaged drywall that has been there for three days is still blocking the isle. There are uncounted isles that are blocked with carts full of good and damaged goods throughout the store. One isle was blocked by a mobile ladder that is used by the employees to reach upper shelves. When the employee was done with it, they just let it blocking all or most of the isle. Can you imagine how good sales would be if customers could actually access thee isles and products. I suppose this situation exists because the store manager allows these conditions to exist. Time for a manager who actually thinks about the customers first.

Heather in the doors and windows department is awesome! She was very kind and very knowledgeable and really did her best to make sure I ordered everything correctly and everything I need to get exactly what I want She even keyed the new door locks right there on the spot saving me the trouble of having to find someone else to do that for me Prices were reasonable too.

Brunswick Home Depot is the best store around. The staff is great and the store layout is the best.

I believe his name was Novak. The Lawn mower specialist. Went out of his way to deliver my Zero turn mower the same day I purchased it. Was much appreciated. I will be coming back to this store. Employees are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Please note that both the Brunswick and Strongsville staff were extremely helpful in finding the product I needed to purchase as a Christmas gift. I would definitely shop at either store in the future.

This Home Depot hires the friendliest people! I can't say enough good things about Nancy and Stan in the Appliance Dept. They are the best! I have always been greeted and treated well by everyone in the store.

Staff is friendly & helpful. Too many self-checkouts! Depending on where you park, be prepared to walk the whole length of the store to get to the ONE register that is open.

Once again I was in the Brunswick Homedepot and could not find anyone to help me find what I was looking for. Would it break the bank to hire more people to help customers?

I went to the Brunswick Home Depot to find some storage totes. I walked around to find them and could not. I tried to find a sales person but could not. When I did find a sales person they told me they were understaffed and will be with me as soon as the finished helping a customer. I walked around lost.

Do not waste your time going to Brunswick Homedepot if you need any help buying a storm door. The only person working is to busy watching baseball on his computer and will not get out of his chair to help.

This HD is our favorite. Even when we bring something back for return. The refund the transaction quickly and pleasantly.

This Home Depot always has plenty of people out on the floor to assist those of us that need to find the right part (especially when we don't know what that is.) The cashiers are always accurate and pleasant. I think this store is the store by which can model other stores!

WENT TO BUY FENCING AND THE EMPLOYEE NAMED ROBERT WENT WAY OUT OF HIS WAY TO MAKE US HAPPY. HE HELPED PICK OUT ALL WE NEEDED, CUT THE POSTS FOR US, LOADED EVERYTHING ON A CART, TOOK US TO THE CHECK-OUTS, LOADED OUR TRUCK AND MADE THIS HOME DEPOT TRIP THE BEST WE EVER HAD IN THIS STORE. Having to buy a large appliance is not always easy and the employee we had make it friendly and easy.

The store is HUGE! Every employee was friendly, helpful and professional throughout the store. They even assisted me with loading a 7 foot tall arborvitae into my truck.
