The Store is constantly a mess in the lumber and building supplies area and the aisles are very difficult to navigate. Part is the employees fault and part is Home Depot for putting impulse products in the middle of every aisle and each end cap.

Always very helpful. Shelves are fully stocked. Prices are very good.

My number one reason for shopping here or any Home depot in other states is the great customer service . That is also includes courtesy and friendliness of the whole staff. That is a huge draw in comparison to your competitor.

Not sure why Store leadership decided to eliminate the DAV military parking spaces - highly recommend that the store reinstate them!

WONDERFUL SERVICE FROM THIS GARDEN CENTER TODAY. GOT A NEW CREDIT CARD AND HELP LOADING PRODUCT. GARDEN CENTER WAS JAMMED, BUT MADE GOOD TIME BECAUSE OF YOUNG EMPLOYEE HELP EVERYWHERE.

Huge clean store well stocked with a huge variety of items for home and garden. The aisles were easy to navigate with the electric cart provided. Staff was very friendly and helpful showing me where the items I was looking for were located. The Spring flowers are available and they have a large variety of cacti some in bloom. Very pleasant shopping trip.

Excellent customer service.

We are remodeling a small bathroom. I went to the store many times to purchase items I needed. If I couldn’t find what I needed someone was there in a snap to help me. Also I purchased large items online with ease. A few things had to be returned and Evelyn at the service desk is wonderful! I will definitely shop my Brunswick store for my next bathroom remodel which will be my master bath. Keep up the good work Brunswick!

Not having a lot of plumbing experience I brought in a suggested shopping list for a weekend warrior project. I must have looked bewildered until "Bob" came along and guided me thru my 'want' list. I explained the project I was planning on attacking. Bob was very helpful. He was personable, knowledgeable and reassuring. The store was extremely clean considering it is winter time. I enjoyed my shopping experience because of the nice employees (especially Bob and the cashier Mary). Too bad all stores don't have great employees like HD Brunswick!

I highly recommend this store! I had several excellent experiences with the employees help finding me what I was looking for and their knowledge about the products. My last experience was with an employee JOSH! He and fellow employees assisted me and made my experience awesome. I'm remodeling my home and thanks to their knowledge and advise I'm a very satisfied, happy customer. Thank You! A good store with great products and knowledgeable, personable employees make it a great place to shop!

Our experience started out as a one star until 5 Star Dave in Millwork stepped into assist us as the other person had an 'I guess we don't have all that you are looking for' attitude. Because of Dave he turned what would have been a $221.00 sale into us walking out with 2 of the 3 doors we were seeking, paid for all 3, and three sets of door hardware, ($1,007.71). We then stopped by the Strongsville store to pick up our entry door he had waiting for us on our way home. This is the type of service I recall in Home Depot's early years and that was their Mission Statement. It seems to unfortunately have been diluted to the point I have to most often walk the store to find an orange apron in another part of the store due to the company's labor saving initiatives in an attempt to boost profitability.

I enjoy my many visits at the Brunswick Home Depot store where everyone has the impression they are happy to be there. Nothing better then being around knowledgeable and happy employees. Store is always clean, well stocked and easy to navigate.

Had a wonderful experience at the Brunswick Home Depot. The sales person I dealt with over a series of phone calls and visits was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Purchased the exact product to fit my needs and budget concerns.

Cashier Tracy was so rude and refused to help me figure out a way to use my gift card to pay my bill. I had to ask a manager!
