We received great service from the Customer Service team at this Home Depot branch. I don’t know his name but in less than 30 minutes from calling in an order a team member there had set aside a large order of landscape lights for us that we couldn’t find anywhere else. I forgot to mention in my after purchase survey, but the cashier at Customer Service, Koo, was just great. Very helpful, swift and friendly. Thanks to all and keep it going!

I came with specific needs. The staff, though plentiful went to some trouble to avoid customer contact. It took a long time to get any help. The help was impatient and ignorant, at least where I needed help. Nobody seemed to know where anything was, or if they had certain items in the store. They said the computer was down and felt that was information enough.

If you every go to the Burbank Home Depot for plumbing help ask for Edwardo. The store is always neat and clean. Friendly employees that actually say hi as you walk by. I enjoy shopping there.

Associate at the garden area greet your customers and say Thanks thank you don’t just hand a customer a receipt never going back 02/27/21 4:42pm and don’t be lazy

If you use the Pro section of any other store, stop. The Burbank Home Depot Pro-Desk is simply the Best! Every employee working there is dedicated to helping you get the right thing at the best price in the most expedient way. Like I said . . .Simply the Best!

Great knowledgeable help. Store is clean and organized. Amble carts and parking. Hand sanitizer at doors. Wearing masks is enforced. Great store!

I went there to purchase cat6 cable. I took it from shelf with price tag 85$ but after trhing to checkout, find out the price was 130$. I talked to Klas ,one of the representatives and he was very rood and didn't try to help. I end up paying 130 plus tax. Not happy at all

I had an issue Adrian at customer service coorporate helped me out and thanks to Gladys,Gloria,Koo,and a employee with two ponytails helped me out!

The item i wanted to purchase was displayed at 49.99 when I scanned it at the register it rang up at 149. I then asked for help at the self check out. The employee Gloria said she would call the manager by the name of Gladys. We took her to the isle to show where the item was. There was a label with the description of the item for 49. The store did not sell the item at the price it was displayed even after an employee confirmed the price with me.

If you ever need to rent something I recommend the Burbank Home Depot. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly They take the time to make sure you understand how the rental works. Jose helped me and did an outstanding job..

Great store! If you ever need any thing connected with pluming ask for Havik. He is very knowledgeable and goes out of his way to make sure all your questions are answered.

If you are not sure of what to buy or how to fix something the Burbank Employees are a great help. The store is always neat and clean and the employees are always helpful. There is plenty of parking and always enough carts.

I am a Home Depot pro. I am elderly and I have shopped at the Burbank Home Depot sense it opened. I would like to thank Alida at the pro check-out for her kind professional and friendly service. Alida is relatively new at the pro section and has helped me a few times. Today she knew me by name and knew I wasn’t feeling well and asked how I was doing. She honestly was concerned. Home Depot is lucky to have an employee like Alida. I hope you appreciate her as much as I do.

Horrible customer service, not enough sanitizing stations, RUDE EMPLOYEES

I have been shopping at hardware stores for over sixty years. The Burbank Store has the best pro-desk around! Alex & Pat & Erick & Louis are outstanding. They not only know their jobs but do their jobs with great passion and dedication. I know that I will get great service each and every time I come in to shop. They make it a pleasure to shop at the Burbank Home Depot. The last time I came in Alida helped me. I can see already Alida is going to be a great addition to the pro-desk. Thanks Aldia

Wilhelmina & Nova are excellent customer service people!! Wilhelmina went out of her way to show us the current in-store deals, where to find them & avail of their promo discounts. Nova helped us with the current raffle promo by assisting us in entering... such great people who show love & pride of their work! My kind of people...God bless them..

Store is nice and clean but, as always with ALL Home Depot locations, staff seemed to be spread thin. BUT, Marco was awesome and extremely helpful! All the staff here seem to be kind and not attitudey’ when you ask them for help. If HD would just hire more staff all all locations, the staff they DO have working would be happier and more eager to help I think.

I am a contractor been to over a dozen home depot's the Burbank one is the worst I've been to! just recently they've over charge me double scanning items they Refuse to return blinds that they cut Wrong measurement Written on the Box they are constantly out of stock On common items for long periods of time Very Mis managed Would Hope corporate gets in there and cleans house This location is closest to me but I have to go to farther ones cause every time I go there a badd experience.

The store is always clean, usually has what I went for and friendly staff.

This is my GO TO store as they always have lumber carts available! The Glendale and San Fernando stores do not have enough lumber carts for use and you spend time looking for a lumber cart instead of shopping! Also, this store has a better in stock of products in Hardware, Paint, and Plumbing than other stores. The Lumber Dept has a shortage of many common size lumber, for example, redwood fence boards, 2x4's in redwood, and pressure treated 4x4x8. The store employees are mostly willing to help you with questions and are friendly when approached. The parking lot is also very well maintained.

Don't buy appliances from this store. In-store staff was friendly and courteous, but that's where customer experience ends. Delivery was damaged, and now my order is in limbo

Store managers were great and very helpful. Clean, no waiting, and no whining from employees! I received great service and will always stop in when I am in that area. Cotty rocks!!!

great store , easy to shop in there. related items next to eachother , carts are readily available. they have flat carts to the height of car so when you have a big item you don't need to bend down to pick up the item from the ground because it is already to car's cargo level.

Had purchased 2 A/C and Worbin the staff educated me the differences between the 2 different models. Maryam and Sierra lovely ladies were kind enough to be of help when the self check out machince was acting up. Last Miguel and Worbin again, carried the A/C into my SUV. Everyone was kind, friendly, helpful and caring...superb! Therefore I'm grateful and delighted on my visit. The store is nice, clean and orgainze well.
