I had already purchased my items and realized that I had a new HomeDepot credit card that I applied for online. I asked Karla, the Sales Associate/Cashier if I could return my purchase and re-purchase using my virtual Home Depot credit card as I had not receive the physical card. Immediately, she helped me and reminded me of the $50 bonus that I should have received with opening a new card as well as the six months interest free for purchases over $300. Her customer service was excellent, she made the transaction easy and pleasant. Very rare in many big box stores to receive such personal service. She should train all HD personnel to have such excellent customer service skills and continue to promote HD products and services.

This Home Depot did a great job of doing necessary shopping as painless as can be in this difficult time, staff was friendly, and all precautions were taken to protect us from this virus, I appreciate all the employees/staff there!

I just bought an LG Washer/Dryer for my daughter’s wedding. Addie in appliances was EXTREMELY resourceful, explained the differences between the two I had in mind, scheduled the delivery , explained the protection plan, my savings and gave me all the recall discounts. It was a smooth purchase. The store was safe, well supplied and clean.

My favorite Home Depot location. I spend a lot of money every year at Home Depot and of all the different jobs that I do, I buy 95% of my materials at the Burbank Home Depot. All the employees there are wonderful and very helpful.

My cashier misty was not friendly at all. She yelled at me when I asked her to repeat her self. I can see this store getting sued or store manager needs to be replaced if staff are not following customer service protocols. Safety or other problems could occurs!

This is one of the better run, better managed Home Depot stores in Southern California. They have product in stock that many others do not have. The personnel working here is friendly, accommodating, attentive to detail. They know their products and want to make sure you have a quality shopping experience. Your wait in line to make your purchase is not long at all. The management is easily accessible and very personable. You can tell that he respects his employees and trains them well.

There is another Home Depot location that is about the same driving time for me, but I choose to shop at the Burbank location. It is organized and CLEAN. I have found the employees to be helpful and friendly, offering alternatives and suggestions when appropriate.

To protect my family, I tried the curbside pickup at the Burbank store. I am a frequent customer there. When I parked, the associate came right up to my car door, less than 2 feet away from me, with no mask or gloves on. I asked him to please step back, and he became belligerent and rude, yelling at me, and left. I waited and watched him approach several other customers’ cars in the same way. I called the store immediately and asked for a manager. The associate who answered hung up on me. Assuming she made a mistake, I called back. 4 times. As soon as I mentioned a manager, they hung up again. I waited 20 minutes, with no service. Finally, I headed home, intending to cancel the order. I was surprised to see the website showed that I had picked up the order! I tried calling again, with no success. So I called my credit card company to file a fraudulent charge claim. This used to be my favorite store. Very sad. I won’t be back.

The Burbank store is wonderful, clean and the staff is very helpful! We live in West Hollywood, so technically the Hollywood location is more convenient for us, but we make the trek over the hill for the Burbank location every time. They are being very diligent about safety, cleanliness and social distancing practices curing this COVID-19 situation, which makes us feel comfortable shopping there. Aundrea, a cashier, is especially wonderful, helpful and knowledgable. If you luck out to get into her line, your day is made!

Entered HD to shop for bathroom tile. A different Home Depot did not have the item in stock so associate referred me to the Burbank HD. Had to ask several associates in other dept for assistance in the flooring department as NO one was present. First associate paged someone as he was walking out to lunch -No Show. Stopped another associate, he replied YOU need to page them, I’m with another customer. Third associate tried twice to send someone over and no one showed up. 45 minutes go by and still no one has showed up to the flooring dept. I was told that “Robert” is out to lunch and he’s who’s in flooring. Another 10 minutes go by, and we see two associates show up to flooring. When I ask for assistance they both can’t assist because they are both with a “customer.” I waited over an hour and was never able to speak to ANYONE in the flooring dept. The worse experience!

I would like to bring this up that all the employees in Home depot of Burbank are so nice and friendly and yet expert in what they are doing. you would always be satisfied by any means.

Simply the best home improvement store! If you want knowledgeable, friendly, kind assistance go to the Burbank Home Depot. Always clean and well stocked.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER MOST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON I DEALT WITH IN THE APPLIANCE DEPARTMENT. THIS EMPLOYEE HAS NO LACK OF COMMUNICATION NOR SKILLS IN THE SALES DEPARTMENT NOR RESPECT FOR OTHERS. SHE HAD NO PATIENCE SHE YELLED AT MY MOTHER I ALREADY CONTACTED THE MANAGERS IN REGARDS TO THIS MATTER I GIVE THIS PLACE NO STARS

I am still a valued customer , be cause of Vannessa Hurtado, pro cashier ! where most employees look the other way, Vanessa goes out of her way to help, and as busy as she is at the cash register , is greatly helpful , of her knowledge of materials , and which aisles, they are on! she is always in high spirits and always looking forward to serving customers !

Leslie The Garden cashier has been the most useless employee I've ever seen. Careful as you'll be waiting for a while while she's done socializing with her employees and may snap at you since you'll expect her to do her job.

Matt the assistant manager, Marcus in lumber and Gloria at the front of the house made shopping a fun and stress free endeavor as we prepare to get his Eagle project completed next Saturday. This project and the road to get here hasn’t been easy but the finish line is near. As a long time shareholder of HD and decades long customer I truly enjoyed the professionalism pride and service I received in the store.

Since Chris has become the store manager things have improved. All the employees actually act like they like their jobs. Actually I know the employees are happier since my partner and I shop at the Burbank Home Depot almost everyday. All are very helpful and friendly. The store is always neat and clean with the shelves well stocked. Plenty of parking.

all other hardware stores, walk into Burbank Home Depot and find out what your doing wrong, theyre doing everything right !

I made an online order and when I got to the Burbank HD they had to tell me that although their inventory said they had the items they couldn't be found. The staff sold me the next-higher level of the item for the same price (about half of it's retail price) Staff was terrific and put in the effort to make me happy!

If you leave in this area this is the only hardware store to shop at. Clean, neat, well stocked, friendly knowledgeable employees, well managed I would just say . . . "Simply the best"
