Found what we needed. We were in an out in a short time

Each person we encountered was very kind and helpful.

The older staff are always very helpful but the kids working thier will avoid you to get out of work. They just want to play on the phone and not be bothered by anyone.

I purchased flowers and mulch about 2 weeks ago. The flowers are doing fantasic and the mulch looks really good. I love the brands that are sold in the store. You have a good variety of brands including paint, tools, etc.

Dissatisfied I just purchased wrong size screws when back in store to do an even exchange. Even change policy conducted by Ashley was nonething less than harassment! Why was a drivers Required to do an even exchange, when I had the receipt and it was within 10 minutes of the original purchase! This was totally unacceptable customer service! customer

Play sand is not found in garden center with other sand products. It is in the lumber department on the completely other end of your store. I would suggest maybe splitting the play sand order and putting half in garden center where expected to be, and other half in lumber area where all your play sand is located now. I'm old and handicapped, this was a real feat for me. I needed clean play sand and garden soil. The sand was at the complete other end of your store.

Needed a battery chainsaw. Sales/rep couldn't have been better.

We purchased new kitchen countertops because of the incredible sale that Home Depot had going on at the time of our purchase

This is our local Home Depot store and I have made at least two very large purchases here among many smaller ones. I find their employees to be professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They offer quality products at an affordable price, their store is clean and shelves are stocked. This store is an asset to our community. I've been to the competitor stores and they don't compare with the level of knowledge their employees have, the quality of products offered, and while other stores may have a lower prices, they don't offer the same quality or services. For example, one competitor had a very young person in their countertop department that knew next to nothing about ordering granite and more importantly, informed me that they don't install it. Home Depot was the only store that educated us on what we'd need, what counted as square footage, how to measure etc. and they had contractors who would install them.

We are lucky to have a great HD in our city. It's well stocked and clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.

kept getting yelled at by the lawn and garden cashiers. you all need to widen that cash out lane. both cash registers were running and , were full lines of 6 to 7 people, and we all kept being told to move aside, for the people coming in. Well i feel the people that have been in the store and waiting in line, over ride the ones coming in. it's not out fault, your home office management , don't know how to design the cash register area, properly. For that reason I will be shopping at another store. I spent 15 minutes,in the pest control area, trying to find Japanese beetle, bags, and had 4 employees, pass me and not one of them offered to help. 2 of them were to busy talking about what they were doing after work. never found them, so i went to another store and found them. Its' not the customers fault , that they don't have enough employees, and we shouldn't have to take poor customer service, because of it. or be yelled at the whole time , waiting in line.

I like to location of this store. I like the ease of finding what I am looking for quickly. I like the variety available.

I went there to buy mulch today and had no idea what questions to ask and noticed Beth there answering every ones questions and then she was so helpful with us it just seemed she enjoyed helping people and you just do not see that much anymore. I will be back shopping here again...

Bought a new toolbox for my truck, and love it. Price was good. Helpful friendly service ALL throughout the store. Aisles could be more cleared and orderly, but other than that great trip !!!

Great experience shopping in this store! Lots of associates with great knowledge of their departments and products.

The store is always clean and well stocked. The associates are knowledgeable and friendly. Even the professional services they provide (installation) is top-notch. I've been a customer of this store for 18 years, it's my "go to" for projects, electronics, and home repairs. They even had a Wyze Doorbell in stock when even Wyze themselves didn't have any!

Great place to shop, every thing you need

I was looking for info on new cabinets, Michelle spent time advising on several aspects that we need to consider/research. Then, I went to order a door but the department rep was at lunch, who responds to the call help, Michelle! She got my order set up for measure so we can get the door ordered. Finally, we were waiting to have some cedar wood cut and Michelle walks by on her way to lunch and instead of going to lunch, she cut the wood for us! Terrific experience today from a knowledgeable, dedicated employee! I love when a store fosters cross knowledge and general commitment to customer service. Great shopping experience!
