I was recently there looking for a washer and dryer. The employees that helped me were very helpful, informative and very pleasant. I looked at other places to purchase them, but went back to this particular Home Depot because of the employee who had helped me out.

Yes and no on recommendations. Appliances is very good but good luck getting any help if you need anything in the lumber section.

April in appliances was so kind and helpful when we went to buy a dryer. I called ahead of time to see if they had one in stock and she went in the back to see if they did and I was having trouble holding it online for later pickup so she put it on hold for us. When we arrived it was on a cart all ready to go. April even gave us advice on how to use it more efficiently as she owns the same one. The lady at check out was very kind as well. When my husband went to load it an employee came out and helped him load it. It's so pleasant being able to go shopping for appliances and everyone is so friendly and accomdating.

I love shopping at my home depot , the workers in canal winchester are friendly and the store always clean . And the things that I love the most that you can find supply that you need and people to install it, no other home supply store offer that even if you have to pay. They reasonably charge you for any , I said anything you want to install

I'm liking that store more and more. The Canal Winchester store used to not have full stock and/or lower quality items for sale. That is changing - noticeably. The employees don't hide from us any more - thanks!

My experience with this store was brief as I used the buy online, pick up in store option. However, the experience was exceptional. The associates I encountered were friendly and ready to help. One associate and I passed each other as I walked to the customer service desk and smiled at me. This is something that I have not experienced at other stores. The associate at the CS desk was friendly and helped by pointing me in direction I needed to go to pick up my order. The associate that processed my order was very kind and had a beautiful smile. She even told me about the opportunity to with a grill by completing the survey before I could even ask about it.

No complaints. I am always able to find what I am looking for by way of an employee or myself. I recently purchased Christmas lights and the cashier, Conswello, was very friendly toward me and my baby and also efficient at check out!

Very clean easy to get through. Friendly associates very helpfull. I can bring my 4 leg travel partner in store with me. He does not have to wait in the car. Very pet friendly! Thank you.

Lewis in paints is very rude and I will not use this store again.

The store is not bad but if you need paint go to the store on Brice Road. Employees in the paint department are very knowledgeable and friendly.

This review is concerning HD's policy on the issuance and use of a store gift/credit card. Due to an issue with CFI and floor installation in the Columbus, Ohio area we received a $100 gift card. We were NOT told that only ONE PERSON could use the card! My wife left the card for me to go buy water softener salt. When I attempted to use it I was basically interrogated! You're not .........! You can't use this card. I swear they were going to confiscate the card if I had not put up a fight (verbal)! This policy needs to be changed and changed now to allow family members to use a card of this type. Or perhaps allow the card to be registered with a last name only and maybe a phone number.

This store is very clean and easy to navigate.

The Canal Winchester Home Depot has the best employees ever! They are always helpful, going out of their way, kind and respectful. I never hesitate to ask for assistance if necessary. The store is always neat and clean.

The store is always clean and everyone is very helpful and nice. They will take the time to take you to the area for the product you are looking for. Love the friendly cup of coffee they serve while they are open.
