Waiting for a ONLINE ORDER place on November 10, 2020. When I check on the status it states that "Its on the way to the store" WHERE IS THIS ORDER?????????.. This has nothing to do with the store.

CWs Home Depot is the best but your surveys are a royal pain!

I am working with Jim in kitchen design and he is absolutely amazing! I would recommend absolutely anyone to him for services. The process has been way more enjoyable than I anticipated. He has been so helpful in the design process with respect to my thoughts/ideas and more importantly our budget!

We explained what we was looking for to the gentleman working in the tool department ?(Justin). He took the time to go through there complete inventory and help us with our needs.

The store was well organized and stocked, but the store manager Justin was AWESOME!!! He was friendly and made our transaction seamless.

This store is always clean and stocked. The employees are always polite and helpful. Today in particular Larry in paints was very helpful, polite and engaging! Customer service these days usually doesn’t exist much in stores. I appreciated his help and attitude!

I had been to several stores looking for help with my laminate flooring. I even went to the store on Brice Road but it was not until I went to this store and the young man listen to my questions helped me out to find the right floor room his time to help and listen to my questions . Thank you to the young man in laminate flooring sorry I don’t know his name .

Merchandise is fine, if a bit sparse. Excuse of COVID-19. Hospitality and Service are awful. I frequent the store out of convenience. Staff never makes eye contact or initiates a greeting, also rarely get thanked for my business. Today staff not stopping shoppers not wearing masks, several staff not wearing masks properly

This store by far, has the best customer service I have experienced in any home improvement store anywhere around. No matter which department you are in, you are greeted with a smile and asked if you need help. So refreshing when the other HI stores around, you have to go searching and searching for help. And then they act like helping you is bothering them. From the second you walk in the front door of the Canal HD, you can tell that the store is under good management. The store is always clean and very well stocked. No matter which customer service team member you pass, they always give you smile and acknowledge you. And do yourself a favor, go through Michelle's check-out line. Not only is she thoroughly knowledgeable about the store and products, she's a hoot!! She'll make your day and you'll leave the store smiling!!

The kitchen department employee was very knowledgeable about the products we were considering. He made us feel comfortable and confident about our purchase choices.

We had called ahead to check stock. Salesman was waiting and ready for us. No pressure sales or trying to sell us something we didn't need. Everyone was very friendly, salesman was knowledgeable, processed our purchase quickly and efficiently. They had the washing machine we wanted in stock when 4 other stores did not. The store was clean and we were able to find the area we needed easily. We were very satisfied with our experience.

Great bunch of employees.

The store is convenient. The employees are interested in the customers. The problem is that although the store has lots of appliances (i.e. microwaves), it doesn't have much variety between the exhibited appliances.

Friendly customer service. Employees are always willing to answer questions, and help when needed. The store is clean and very welcoming. Very happy with the home depot in Canal Winchester.

Store seems to be very short staffed, Good employees, just not enough of them. If you feel unsafe in an unmasked environment, DO NOT SHOP INSIDE! If you are yourself someone whom refuses to wear one, you should be fine. Just expect to do some waiting.

This is my go-to store for building and home supplies. Tools. too. Always well stocked and I can get help from the staff when I need it. The Pro desk has always been helpful when I have used their services. Very convenient for me as well.

Sales people don't have a clue as to what really is needed

Great customer service in garden area today. Also, garden area has improved this year with more plants and some tent covering.
