We researched the appliance we wish to purchase and Home Depot was our store of choice. It also not far from Our home. My suggestion to anyone, to seek out Ralph. Who was the best customer service person we’ve had taken care of us in a very long time. Others need to learn from Ralph Our visit was one we much appreciated

FOUND THE INFO AND ITEM I NEED THE STORE WAS VERY CLEAN THE ASSOCIATED JEFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND CURTIOUS

Dave, in hardware, had talked with my wife before on the phone about hinges she wanted. I went to the store with a hinge off a current door. Dave remembered my wife and her name too and showed me the hinges available and explained information about them including buying them in a box of 12 rather than individually, saving me $1 each.

It was cold and some frozen ice about. I had to go find the salt I was looking for. Thier should have been a display for it as you enter the store as well as snow removal tools. I had to ask if the store had any. Since I did not get what I came for because you do not carry what was needed. You had related products but not an important product you only carry on line I'm told.to bad I went to a competitor to get what was needed.

Employees were great and they had what we were looking for. First time at this location and will definitely be back.

The Associates at The Home Depot will not treat you like just a person coming into the store & but they are eager help you the best way they can, and what stop until you are Happy, plus you what be feeling like you are bothering them .

The associates at the lumber department helped me calculate and cut all the lumber I needed to build a manger for Christmas this year! Then they went to the paint department to make sure I obtained the correct color of stain to match the ends of the lumber! I love this store and will never shop at any other store for this type of goods!

During the last 2-3 months there have been 3 occasions while I was in the store when a shopper has left the store without paying for the merchandise.

All the employees are friendly and customer oriented and acknowledge your presence wherever you are and ask you if you need assistance. One walked us to the place where we could find a floor mat. We also made a large purchase (appliances) and that sales person made us comfortable about the entire process.

The store was full of helpful friendly employees. The lumber department especially took the time to assist me in a project I'm working on!
