I love the area rug we purchase.

Walked in there was asked how my day was and what I was looking for they got someone with a key to help me out right away and check out and left with a come back again

I had Mathew and Carl assist me with getting 300 lbs worth of sand loaded on a flatbed, checked out and loaded. The store was busy, and these gentlemen made it feel like I hadn't waited long. They were so professional and polite and seemed happy to actually help. It seems like most places are not eager to assist, but Mathew and Carl are hands down legit.

Special treatment I assume to all customers.

Ran into a salesman Nolan at our local Home Depot Very Knowledgeable and helpful.

We have consistently encountered friendly staff with returns for materials that arrived damaged, selection of carpet, and assistance with various DIY projects from plumbing to woodworking.

Went in to Home Depot to get 6 keys made. Was directed immediately to the right area where I was greeted and made my keys within 10 minutes. The same lady helped me check out and was back to car and on my way! Very impressive!

I walked in and was directed to the product, which was a vaccum filter and I was also directed to a quart of oil for a John Deere riding lawn mower for a four cycle engine.

We stopped in to purchase a new bathroom faucet and found a great selection. Price was even better than expected for a quality item.

I was recently looking for some paint for my husband. I wasn't sure what I needed. A little lady poker her head around the end of the aisle and asked if I needed help. She was so friendly and didn't make me feel stupid. Later she helped me find some shelves and asked someone to cut them to the right length for me. Great experience!

I have found the employees friendly, knowledgeable, willing to offer suggestions and have gone out of their way to help me select the correct items.

I was looking for a 3 ft ladder but could not find one locally in stock. I searched for a 4 ft ladder and found a nice ladder with the best price in town. The cashier helped me to save on the purchase. I bought it and have used it already. Perfect for what I am using it for.

Sheryl showed me the battery sale and I got 8 more batteries for $1. The store is clean. Staff is helpful and friendly. I generally enjoy shopping at all Home Depot’s.

Purchase the tub with the trim kit and the pieces necessary to install it it's currently sitting unusable because the pieces do not work and are not being replaced by home Depot itself despite the fact that the tub was ordered through them. Have been told by store personnel all the way to the store manager Matt Austin that it is my responsibility to communicate this to the manufacturer of the tub. All of that is currently having to be done through email which obviously means there is no expedited service or meaningful service happening on my end. I will do my best not to make purchases at this home Depot or any other in the near future.

I was in the store today and was overwhelmed by the amount of help finding things i was offered. what ever you are paying those employees its not enough. Good help is hard to find but great help is hard to keep!

I was very pleased with the employees at the store. They were helpful, happy and had great dispositions! The bonus is that you had the item I was looking for!

Every time I come to this store, all of the employees are super friendly and helpful. This particular day I needed help picking out some fencing boards for a holiday work project for cancer patients. Every employee was friendly, but the gentleman that helped me hand pick boards and picked each one up and showed them to me so I could yay or nay to them was so kind and patient with me. He really went above and beyond. He doesn't know it but he is helping make the holidays just a little brighter for our patients who are going through so much and I appreciated the kindness more than he knows.

I have made several major purchases this year and continually walk away satisfied with having worked with Lara R. in appliances/millwork.

Ty the Front End Sales Manger is hands down the best. We had some painstakingly annoying issues that he quickly and easily resolved for us regarding our rebate gift cards. He went above and beyond to help us and we couldn’t be more grateful! Thank You TY!!!

I came into pickup a list of materials for my wife's Halloween craft project. I found some of the materials but soon realized they would not work. I explained my dilemma to Stan and my frustration, missing NFL games to shop for crafting materials. Stan saved my Sunday. He found better materials the would work better and drill 2 sizes of drill bits to try. With Stan's help, I was able to get home in time to watch NFL games.

I shopped at Home Depot in Cedar Rapids today and had an amazing shopping experience. One gentleman cut some boards for me and another showed me where some thing was in the checkout gal was very friendly. I would highly recommend this Home Depot to everyone

We recently purchased an upright freezer from Home Depot. We were originally going to go with a small chest freezer, but (BILL) mentioned that there was an upright freezer on sale. We realized that it was more than what we wanted to spend, but after our conversation with Bill, we did decide to go with the upright freezer. He explained the delivery options thoroughly to us as well.

Be aware that your purchases are not valued or discounted for those that have served their country in the military. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere. Why line the pockets of their executives any longer when they have no respect or place any value on our military personnel.

Very impressed. We were approached 7 times with offers of assistance. Employees walked us to our needed items instead of pointing. Very clean.
