Of the three employees I asked for help in the hardware section, the only one who listened to me and actually helped me was a woman named Sydney. I came into the store to find screws for a dishwasher that I bought from Home Depot that did not have all of the pieces included. She spent less than five minutes with me, and with her wealth of knowledge she was able to find me a temporary working solution while I wait to get replacement parts from the manufacturer. I left the store in happy tears because of Sydney‘s kindness, especially after being blown off by the first two employees I asked. If I ever go back to that store it will be because of employees like her. Give her the raise she clearly deserves.

I usually find the products I'm looking for at this store. The associated are friendly and helpful and sometimes offer tips about how to do a project if they see I may not be making the best decision. The service desk is always helpful and I feel they care about what I need help with. The store is very clean. Usually I am greeted when I walk through the door which I feel welcome there.

Over the years, I can probably say the our home was built by Home Depot. We have received very good customer service as well as products to keep our home up to date and operating smoothly. From the foundation to the roof, they seem to have what you need or can get it via the website. I also watch for the deal of the day, clearance and sale items in the store. This can really stretch your budget when you get things at 50% off. We're fortunate living close so I can stop in on a regular basis and check on discounted items. They always seem to have something and if you miss the sale they usually run it again.

Products are always in stock, people are helpful and friendly, and prices are comparable. Customer service is excellent.

Due to the pandemic we have experienced very poor service in most of the stores we visit. I found Nadia and Steve to be more than helpful with the needs I had on March 17th. Even though I purchased the range at another store, it did not reflect on them, I was able to find the range with the information Nadia provided me. There was no way to know when I could expect the Amana range I wanted due to backorders, etc.

Home Depot has a good varieties of things, but it does not have everything you need. The employees there are very friendly and helpful.

Steve in the appliances department is great! He was very knowledgeable on the things we were looking for, and was friendly to work with. We purchased a new washer and dryer combo from him that day, after shopping around for weeks! He made the process easy, and we are super excited for our delivery!

People buy from people so product knowledge and grade of service mean everything to me. Compared to other home improvement stores I have found Home Depot to be ahead of every other similar store I've visited. The staff are generally always eager to help and I am often asked before I can seek assistance. Their knowledge of products are something that I trust because if the person I am speaking to initially doesn't know the answer- they'll find someone that does. It reduces and/or removes the large equation of frustration and failed projects.

F.Y.I. I applied for a position as a Dept Manager, got excepted & had a GOOD Review & then NEVER heard back. I emailed for a reply "twice" but heard nothing. WHY???

web site does not show current inventory, showed 7 in-stock and not one on site. also website show items that can be delivered but when go to buy says can not send to store or deliver.

Hands down the best experience I've had in a hardware store PERIOD. The employees were incredible. This was the first time we had brought our pup here and every one there was amazing. Most of the employees even offered him treats! Ralph, and the lumber associates that helped us cut some wood, were the cherry on top. Forget other hardware stores, or even pet stores! Bringing our pup here ended up being a whole experience. Everyone loved him!

Was thoroughly impressed by the customer service I received when shopping for a snow blower. The store manager, Alan, was very helpful in deciding on product and discerning pricing. Will definitely be returning for other equipment in the future!

You have great selection of Christmas merchandise. I always buy my paint in your store because you have a better selection of the new colors and different techniques. Employees greet and answer questions. I did find what I wanted. and associates were very helpful. Yes the store was clean.
