they did get items in stock for Black Friday .the milwaukee 1/2 impact combo set and Gorilla ladders was items we wanted . you wonder how much other stuff was not there . atleast they will order them in for you .

I was so happy to find good customer service at the store today. I was looking for a planter and was greeted by a wonderful employee who went out of her way to assist me. Her name is Sheryl and she was so helpful. Because of her I will be returning to this store and telling all my family & friends.

The clerk Teddy was so informative about carpet selection. Very friendly and easy to work with.

They took their time and walked me through the whole process, answered all of my questions and I had an amazing experience!

In an age where businesses are chronically understaffed, and employees stretched thin, I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience! Shopping for alternatives in flooring has a learning curve. Shopping at Home Depot and having their personal expertise on so many of the questions consumers have when investing and hoping for the best possible outcome, is necessary in the whole process. We felt good about our decision to purchase product and available service to implement plan.

I needed a quality appliance fast with no pressure and no bovine fleeces, Steeve in the appliance section was a huge help! He pointed me in the right direction and he was able to work within the timeline that I needed.

I was in the store earlier in the day looking for a new lawnmower, l went back in the evening to get it and found it had gone up 50 dollars. Without hesitation Tara offered me the original price, she walked me to customer service to have it rung up at the original price. Sondra at customer service was happy, smiling something not seen everywhere any more. I was in and out with a new lawnmower in a matter of minutes. Tara even helped me load it. My hats off to Tara and Sondra I appreciate the service that both of you gave today.

We had scheduled an appointment for someone to come out and measure for new carpet. The individual was very professional and we had our bid in under 4 hours! We were told it would take 24 hours. Looking forward to getting the job done and going back to Home Depot for more!

I needed an inline ventilation fan for a project I'm working on, but I really didn't have a very good idea of what I really needed. The employees at Home Depot went above and beyond to find what I needed and helped me get my project underway!

I went to Home Depot to use a coupon I got after moving, every single staff member I interacted with (and I was ALLLLLL over the store today) was absolutely fantastic. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, it's the best shopping experience I've had since covid.

We recently needed a new dishwasher and the staff in the appliance group was both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to explain key features as well as current supply chain status.

Went for Xmas shopping and was greeted by what felt like every employee that I came across! All felt genuine and made me feel welcome!

With our daughter in town, she showed us the table saw she wanted. My wife returned and were helped by three associates immediately. I live in the opposite quadrant of town and have to drive past four competitors to this store's location. It is always worth the drive.

I waited for an hour at checkout to apply for a credit card and $50. off as I had spent $900.00. The poor lady could not get it to go thorough they approved the credit but would not take off the $50 and kept disconnecting. I never did get it and told her I had to leave! No other cashier was least bit interested in helping her or us. I store could not find any help. Not happy.

Everything I buy from The Home Depot has always been great and even when my vacuum hose broke they held good on their promise with their warranty without any problems. Loyal customer here for all our household needs!!

Very poor customer service from the associate I encountered in the plumbing department. Store manager, not even sure if it was the store manager, was not helpful for an overcharge on an item. Insisted I had to return to the store for credit, even if that meant I have a 60 mile round trip to get the credit for their mistake. I will spend more than the credit for gas! Seems funny that other places I have done business can give you credit over the phone on your credit card....

I enjoy shopping at this Home Depot. They have many home improvement products to choose from and floor associates that will answer my questions about products or how to do a project. The service desk offers a great service when I need to return something or ask a question.
