I purchased a Rigid Vacuum for my shop dust collector system! Works perfectly and is well suited for this application!

I bought six Vigoro 10-inch Window Box Brackets for my garden last week. They worked perfectly on my balcony and they were easy to install. I was looking for these brackets in other stores near my house and it was difficult to find the one that fit my needs. At the Home Depot (in N. Charleston) you can find this product for $9.98, the best price in the market.

Roger took me through the store to find what I needed, saving me time. The checkout lady was great too. They helped me loading the heaver items in my truck.

Store was clean and well stocked. Employees friendly and helpful. I would recommend anyone to shop there.

Even though Home Depot is a large store, it has generally what I need at a moment's notice when I need it.

Linds from the Garden Center was very very helpful and wonderful. Home Depot definitely needs more employees like Linda and they definitely need to keep her and not let her go anywhere.

I have had bad customer service experiences multiple times at this location. First off, walking into the store, there are never carts available. However, I see a handful of teenaged employees sitting on their cell phones. I don’t understand why they are not gathering the carts and trolleys to put at the front for customers. Next, when checking out, they do not offer to put the merchandise in bags. I have to ask for a bag and then proceed to put my products in a bag myself. it’s not a lot to ask for and I shouldn’t have to ask.

Michelle in Garden when above and beyond to assist me with selecting a plant for my mom's birthday. She asked many questions to assist with selecting the correct plant. She very knowledgeable and pleasant. Thanks for your help Michelle... I'm sure my mother will enjoy her plant for many years. *****

I was looking for a part for my lawnmower across the street until I realized I was at the wrong store after everybody being so rude so I went across to the correct store for my lawnmower piece and wow what a huge difference in customer service!!!!! Everyone I come in contact with as I was walking through the store spoke to me and was very friendly. I couldn’t find indoor trash can- The associate gave me very detailed directions for what I was looking for and the other associate made a comment how detailed he was, and we all laughed! OUTSTANDING customer service! 👍👍👍

Linda in the garden section was amazing! She spent so much time helping me choose the plants I wanted and explaining how to take care of them. I have a total black thumb and she was so encouraging I ended up buying 3 plants! She also helped my 6 y/o pick out a strawberry plant and told him how to take care of it. He has been so excited to watch it grow and can’t wait until he can eat strawberries from it! Sinsemilla at the register was so friendly and engaging! I’ll always choose her register when I shop!

The first help can from a employee in the laundry department, what I needed was all the way in the back , on the bottom shelf , he got down on the floor, I mean lay down and got what I needed.The second help was at the self checkout , she scanned the entire cart for me ,and swipe my card , Those two employees made my day, thanks for being nice and kind to me.

Store #1103 in North Charleston is Excellent!

I have an older house where replacement items are sometimes hard to find I can go to Home Depot to find replacements and sizes with no hassle.

The employees here make going to Home depot worth the trip!

I was taking care of from the beginning to the end of my shopping experience every one was great but there was one lady who stand out so I had to ask her name. When you go in the store ask for a lady name Vicki you will never regret it

Charlene who works up front in the Returns area is awesome. Charlene's attitude when dealing with customers sets the tone for the HomeDepot branding of putting customer service at the forefront. Charlene is always calm, and she really knows how to make any customer feel at ease. Charlene is a great asset to the HomeDepot branding for outstanding customer satisfaction.

I ordered some tools online and understood that they were specialty items not stocked at the store. When the items arrived, three of the tools (bandsaw, bandsaw table mount and electrical conduit bender) were not in the shipment. However, a very nice Microwave oven, decorative hanging pendant light and under sink instant hot water heater was. Those items were returned to the store unopened, the responsible thing to do by any customer. The store and the distribution system failed at correcting the issues and fulfilling the correct items. This failure has had damaging consequences to my custom, employees and business. The customer was very dissatisfied with my not being able to deliver the job and my employees had to be laid off without pay. This was my last business ever to conduct with The Home Depot.

Arianna was very professional and she definitely knows her job. She was extremely helpful and is a great asset to this store.

I needed some thing that was online only, and the young lady Anna, was so nice that she ordered it online for me, since it was not in the store, and I don’t like having to order online. She was so kind and considerate. She never made me feel like a problem. Great employee, makes me want to come back to this Home Depot.

Nancy who is a manager was called up to perform a return for me. My return took quite a long time due to some flowers that I purchased last year which was placed in the perennial isles vice annual isles. Nancy was very professional and handled my return courteously and she displayed the branding of Home Depot’s theme of outstanding customer service. Nancy performs her management duties in a way that brings great credibility to this home improvement store. Catherine who works up front as a support employee performs her duties in an outstanding manner too.
