Clean store, very helpful staff and what I needed was in stock

I could not find the items I needed and it took several minutes just walking around store to find them. More employees are needed to assist customers. Put in an item locator if an employee is not available to assist customers.

My visit here was very pleasant and i'm thankful that you have an amazing employee by the name of Nick. He graciously helped me carry my moms Christmas gift to my car and treated me as if he had known me a long time. There was no negative vibe from him. Job well done.

Greeting Home Depot shoppers, My hubby and Shop at the location offered and have purchase our refrigerator and our washer and dryer and stove and pressure washer and have had the most (Fabulous) experience with Nick in Appliance and Ms.Phyllis up front they, make you feel warm and welcome ... Bobbie in the electrical department went above and beyond. She assisted us with many different lamps, checked prices, got us a cart, got stock from the very top shelves, walked us to the Edison bulbs, plugged them in separately to make sure we were satisfied with the look and took us to the cashier to make sure everything was rung up correctly. This level of customer service is not very common in today's world. We truly appreciated her help and expertise.

at the last minute I needed 11,000 LED Christmas lights for a 16' Christmas tree. I showed up at this home depot at 6:30 on a Wednesday night panicked. your team of sales people all helped to search other stores for me. I ended up at 3 Home Depot stores that night but was able to find all I needed because of your awesome team.

This store has the best and knowledgeable employees; they keep the store well stocked, clean and put the prices on things-even sale prices. They always seem to ask if you need help, and even go the extra mile to help you.

James G was great. He listened to me about what I was looking for as far buying flooring and was very helpful and not pushy as far trying to convince me to buy something that I didn't want.

I don’t really find myself going to home improvement stores but only when it comes to purchasing my Christmas tree! And this year my experience was beyond pleasing! Brett did everything he could to please my indecisive family on picking the right tree!

EVERYONE WAS SO VERY HELPFUL AND THEY WENT OUT OF THIER WAY TO HELP US.. HOME DEPOT WERE THE ONLY ONES WHO CARRED THE ITEM WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND IT WAS ON SALE.. EVERYONE WAS VERY HELPFUL!!!

I visited the North Charleston location twice over the last few days. I found everyone to be helpful and nice. An employee went above and beyond helping me with a Fall Festival project. She even wants to see pictures of the festival games once they are finished.

I was looking for a new washer and dryer and Max who was helping me was very knowledgeable and friendly.

My wife and I came in to look at chairs for our dock. My wife saw some Wicker chairs that she liked and were comfortable. Jim came over and helped from beginning to end with all focus on us. Jim ALWAYS is like this when I come in and need help...Thank You...Bertha helped check us out. Bertha is ALWAYS there when you need her and will answer ALL questions and make sure you are taken care of...Thank You Bertha...

Super Happy with results of product that was recommended by "SUPER ASSOCIATE" Debbie, really friendly and helpful. She made sure that she did everything she could to help me that day and I really appreciate that. Product she sold me on worked out great, (power brush adaptor for pressure washer).

The Store is ALWAYS clean. The Associates are ALWAYS friendly. It is nice when you go to a store and you recognize employees that have been there for a while. I was looking for a Refrigerator for home. Both Scott and Peter at the North Charleston, SC store, Store 1103 on Northwoods Blvd. were VERY helpful with information on various models of refrigerators including Finishes, Sizes, Protection Plans and prices. Very attentive and knowledgeable. Thank You...
