Love this store so much! It has been my outlet for gardening during the spring and summer months to improve my front yard during the COVID lockdown, now it has become my outlet during the fall and winter months to remodel my kitchen while we are still dealing with the COVID lockdown. It is a store that you can still see a friendly face even behind a mask.

During the new normal of COVID I have found a new outlet at Home Depot. Since working from home I have found a new hobby of gardening and all my needs can be found at the Home Depot. The employees are also there to greet you with a smile or to just say "Hello". That is really appreciated during these times.

This location has exceptional customer service, I continue to visit this location based on the level of care I receive.

The women in the Paint Department were extremely helpful and answered all my questions about touching up my walls in my home. Christina, Mary and Tressa did mind me asking a thousand questions, they were willing to be helpful all the way. They made me excited about my home project. By the way, I followed their instructions and my wall touch ups turned out great. Thank you girls in the Paint Department for a job well done!

The Home Depot store is always clean and stocked with merchandise to help their customers with the products they need. The cashier and sales associate are professional , friendly , helpful and knowledgeable about the merchandise they sell and are always willing to listen to what you need so they can assist you. I love that Home Depot are always following the PPE to protect their employees and customers.

The store is always clean and constantly being put back into order after customers do their own rearranging of items. The floor personnel continue to be very helpful and knowledgeable in their areas and and often around the other areas within the store.

Looking at the review guidelines, #1: no I did not find the product easily. It was in the rafters and Daniel did not want to get the forklift to get it down and when he finally did he slammed my table saw onto the forklift and then onto the flatbed! #2: Was I able to get the assistance I needed? If e v e n t u a l l y counts on getting the item down, then yes. I had to search for people to even ask the to call for someone to help me even though they were not doing anything! Wait..... the guy in the flooring dept looked like he was settling in for a nap in his comfy chair, the lady from the paint dept tried to ignore me and the the 3 employees at the contractors desk where very busy chit chatting...so they were kinda busy...doing nothing! I went to look for a flatbed ..searched all over the lumber area etc. and finally asked the chit chatters at the contractors register and they told me to look in the parking lot! They were not doing anything productive... maybe they should have been bringing them in so customers do not have to scour the store and then the parking lot to get one! They did not even offer to get one for me! #3: Was the store clean? No! #4: Last but not least....were the employees helpful & friendly? I came into contact with 6 employees while I was there. Marshall who was originally at the contractors register followed me back to the table saw area to try to help me even though I do not think it was his department.....so THANK YOU Marshall for providing customer service. He also help me to the register and then to my car. The only other helpful person was Dejon at the register area. That means 67% of the employees I came in contact with completely UNWILLING to help me! That is a shameful display of customer service! Thankfully, there are other big box hardware stores to shop at - go there!

It’s constantly the worse store I have ever shopped at in my life. Unbelievable!

The store was not busy at the time I went, I ordered an item online for same day pickup. Ended up getting the product off the shelf myself, did not have accurate inventory count, and customer service was blah! I would understand if the store was crazy busy but employees was pretty much in slow motion and just chit chatting to each other. What’s the point of pickup and inventory count if you have to do it yourself?

I decided to do some yard work. I went online on Home Depot found what I wanted. The young man who assisted me was very pleasant and helpful. The item I wanted was not in store, and that it's only available online. He said," I can order online and have it shipped to the store. Unbeknownst to me I didnt notice that while researching. However, the young man who waa assisting me told me about another product I can purchase until I order the Scott's Green Max Deep Greening. And I was very appreciative of his time and effort.

Great store and friendly/helping employees

Our neighborhood (Home Depot) our favorite store from garden/stove/ fridge 2 to be Correct (Smile) one in Garage one in kitchen. We shop here for all our home needs.. Washer/dryer, new light toilet seat, tools .. all with late last year and current year with the help us Mr.Nick ... ok, we need to save some money now dude..

As stated in my survey Ms. Bryce is an asset with your company. I brought a riding lawn mower and she took over an half-an-hour telling me all about the product. She knew her product. Then she took it for a ride and then allowed me to ride. My truck was too small to carry the mower so she suggested to rent a truck. She stayed with me while the cashier took care of the contract and she made sure the men were available to put the mower on the truck. Once I returned with the truck she went in the back to get the proper gas that she suggested to use for the mower. She kept a smile and didn't mind answering all of my questions. From the beginning to the end Ms. Bryce gave me advice, suggestions, and most of all excellent service. I was thankful to have her service me.

Most employees are helpful, friendly, and have good product knowledge! If Mark, (the associate greeter?) is working when one enters the store, then I challenge anyone to see if he can't tell you where specific items are located in the Northwoods Blvd Home Depot! "Super Nice Guy"! If I could give 4.9 ★'s I would, but 5.0 is perfect and leaves no room for improvement!

After 5:00 you are on your own as a customer. The service was horrible! I paid for supplies earlier in the day for a pick up later. (to secure transportation to pickup- roofing materials) I was told it would be placed on pick and hold. When my son went to pick up, (5:20pm) was told it would not be picked until 9:00. Which was unacceptable, I stated to the cashier that I needed the supplies for Saturday. The workers in the store did not want to load the items. Was then told that the pine boards that I paid for was not in the store. (they couldn't find it) really??? My son called me to notify me of the problem. I called the store twice, first speaking to Supervisor Bertha, then Supervisor Owen. My son loaded 12 bundles of shingles, it was now 6:10pm. They told him they were short of help and he could load it himself it he wanted! WOW! What if I went to pick it up? I was told that HD would do the load. Also because they could not find my pine board, I stated that I had to have it for Saturday. Owen then stated they would deliver on Friday to me. Awful customer service!!!!!!!!!!

I had the pleasure of working with James Greene, a flooring specialist, at Home Depot. James was extraordinary, knowledgeable, and professional in his service. I am replacing the floor in my whole house and James took his time to make sure I chose the right materials and the type I was looking for. He is extremely nice to work with and I highly recommend him if you are looking for any type of flooring. This was at the North Charleston Home Depot near Northwoods Mall.

My husband and I were immediately greeted by a friendly employee as we entered the door. When heading to a specific department, I was approached by another employee who asked me if I needed help with anything. That employees name was Nick. Nick was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. After I chose my desired product, Nick walked me to the front of the store and gave us the product at a discounted rate. These two light fixtures were actually for our church, Journey Church, and this is a huge blessing!

Always the best place to shop for tools and material.
