I just visited our Home Depot after the holidays. I was surprised to be greeted at the door. We found 3 employees to help us with our inquiries. All 3 were polite and none seemed in a hurry to get back to something else. One even looked on the computer about ordering a special item. Even the self check area had a cashier to help us with our purchase without having to wait. I can't remember the last time I was treated so gracious as a customer.

I’d love shopping this particular store because my products always arrive on time I do not have any problems with the items I’ve purchased each experience has just been wonderful thank you Home Depot phone.

The entire experience was terrible customer service from start to finish. I have shopped with Home Depot for over 25 years and have Never been treated so poorly. This experience's explanation point was trying to speak with the so-called store manager Tom ??? (wouldn't give his last name). He is the most rude, arrogant, threatening jerk I have Ever dealt with. I've been a stock holder for 25+ years but that's about to change!

I recently shopped at my local Home Depot store where they were currently out of stock of an item that we were looking for, so we contacted another store in a different area fairly close. Both stores were extremely helpful in looking for and ultimately locating the item. I couldn’t be happier with the customer service received in both stores. We will definitely be back!

NICE STORE, PEOPLE AND PRICE.

Very friendly and helpful

I was having issues with some recently purchased tomato plants from Home Depot. I explained this to the cashier, and she took the time to give me valuable advice on what I needed to do. To make a long story short, the advised work and my tomato plants are beautiful and healthy.

The people in this store seem to stand around a little bit but other than that they are very helpful the store is very clean and they always know right where something is if you need them to help you find it. And the ladies at the registers especially Ruthie and Judy are awesome!

Great store as a whole but the employees suck!! Not friendly and act as if they don’t want to be there.

The Store Manager Tom Hare was awesome, he not only helped me but he made sure the customer before me had a flat bed cart for the generator that person was buying. He went above and beyond what most managers would do for their customers. Excellent customer service dispalyed by the Manager which filters down to the employees.

Great experience! Managers Nick and Chris are WONDERFUL! They both help me with some challenging product selections and ordering. Very pleased.

I needed help at check out and the sales associate Joanne was very helpful, polite and efficient. Thank you Joanne for providing such an excellent service !

Both Nancy, in Customer Service, & Cathy, in the Paint Dept., as well as the other Associates at HomeDepot, always seem to go out of their way to make my Shopping Experience Easy & Enjoyable.

Store very presentable with staff diligently at work yet still take time to ask if I needed anything.

I bought some paint and the can opened in my car. Lid was not fastened properly and when I was driving the can tipped over and spilled. Went back to get a replacement and associate Cathy was more interested in arguing with me about how it happened then just fixing the problem. Avoid this person if she is working. There is no reason to get into this kind of argument with somebody, shouldn’t you just want to fix the issue? She talked over me while I was trying to offer a solution to the problem as well! She was so concerned about the item being Haz-Mat and she didn’t even want it back in the store, so I said I would keep it if she would discount it, but that wasn’t an option for her. She proceeded to argue with me in front of my children. It was very frustrating.

Reached a new level of adulthood today and bought a chest freezer. All the employees at this store were so kind and helpful! It was a great experience

It is always a great pleasure shopping at the North Charleston Home Depot. It is my go to store and my happy place all in the same area. The staff are always polite and the door is always clean

Ruthie and Jim always make me feel at home at Home Depot because of their attitude and personality. They are always helpful and friendly.

I bought a freezer. The sales girl, AMG4SJ1 Made the entire transaction very pleasant and covered everything in great detail. I have not experienced this great service in quite a long time.

I work for a general contractor, and last week Darleen, Karen, Scott and Tressa went to great lengths to help us out of a crisis caused by another supplier. Darleen & Karen worked through their lunches, and then stayed late to be sure the very large order was palleted and lined up for immediate and orderly loading the next morning. They all had the most friendly and helpful attitudes, and were a joy to work with! I consistenly get great service from this store, and highly recommend it!!

I found the parts I was looking for at HD. The other big box stores did not have what I needed to repair a leaking Delta faucet that is at least ten years old.

A pleasant experience at home depot on mall drive lisa saw the line getting long and without a complaint open a extra cash register

I had problems for something in my home and I didn't have a clue how to fix it but I went to the Home Depot and they helped me find what I needed and everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful through the whole visit and continued on with the cashier who was very friendly and made what I thought was going to be a hard trip to the store it turned into something very helpful and pleasant

Cashier was efficient and knowledgeable.

All it takes is one rude, offensive cashier to ruin an entire shopping experience. I will not return to this store because of it. I will go to another.
