Color match machine was not working properly. Had to return to store for correction. Still the machine was producing wrong color. Gino in Paint spent about an hour with me working on getting my paint color right manually. He was wonderful. A definite asset to your store.

We bought several items from this store and the only problem we had was with the delivery people who brought our refrigerator They were not very helpful. The men who just delivered the dryer were so friendly and helpful.we are older and it was nice to friendly workers.

Whatever you do, do not buy a carpet from this place. The communication from the flooring department is horrendous and my carpet never got scheduled after a MONTH!!! Not to mention they still haven’t given me my money back!!

Frederick Hoerster--the Department Supervisor in the Plumbing Department--was a HUGE help when we were doing a home water heater replacement. He answered all of our questions, really knew his stuff, and his assistance made our job a whole lot easier! Frederick even gave us a few helpful tips to make the job go smoothly.

I bought some mulch and did not realize until I got home that two bags were caked with a white moldy substance. Otherwise, things were fine. Check any mulch bags that you buy carefully before your purchase.

We came to purchase wire nuts and light bulbs. On checkout while using a Home Depot gift card, the cashier, Ms. Allan, wrote the remaining balance on the card. This is so appreciated in that you don't have to keep the receipt until back home and then search around for an appropriate marker. It's the small things that make a difference.

I cannot emphasize how important it is that a store so large be so neat and organized. It can be overwhelming shopping in big box retail but the HD in Bridgeville/Collier is easy to navigate and the aisles aren’t all junked up.

The Delta shower base is great,but would be much better if offered with a left or right drain instead of only centered. I do NOT recommend Delta wall surround at all. First, there is only one place to put a much smaller (shorter) handicap grab bar, which is a 16" long bar on the end wall only. Larger will not allow the escutcheon plates to lay flat and the long back wall has so many shelves and curves so deep there is no place to put any handicap grab bar. Delta designers obviously don't care about catering to handicapped persons and/or don't use their own products to understand their deficiencies. And regardless of insuring everything is plumb, level and square the walls do not align properly with the base becuse they are too cheap to use tabs and slots to insure a proper alignment. I would never recommend Delta. Oh, and their shower heads have no instructions on using it. You must use trial and error in switching sprays and to the hand held head. Very sorry I bought all Delta products, especially when others are much better AND less expensive!
