The plumbing department was very rude when asking a simple question. All I wanted was my simple question to be answered but they refused to answer. I will not be returning to this store. There are plenty of other home improvement stores in my area.

This store has employees that go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

The store was neat, clean, and organized. It was stocked and had all the items I needed. I was able to find and get what I needed at an efficient pace. The associates were very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to check out very quickly.

We often go to Home Depot for items we need. We live very close to the Village Square store in Bethel Park, PA. Home Depot always has what we are looking for.

I have always had a good experience at that store as it is larger and carries more items than the smaller store I usually shop at nearer to me.

My family always goes to the local Home Depot. We have Lowe’s and Home Depot in our area, but we prefer Home Depot. Simply because of the employees. They are always visible and willing to help.

Associate Sam was more interested with socializing with the cashier then helping a customer locate and purchase tools. Then when he was found, his help locating a tool at the advertised price was like pulling teeth. I had to tell him how many were in stock when he tried telling me that I had to order the item online to get the price and have it shipped to the store. Only when I tell him I need to talk to the manager did he find the tool.

Daniel in appliances was great! Wendy and Carol S also went above and beyond with customer service !

This staff at this store is always helpful and always acknowledges me in the aisles, no matter what department. I have gone so far as to have one employee help me with several items in multiple departments - like a personal shopper! Staff is knowledgeable and doesn't just read labels to me, but actually know the products and how to use them. I have seen many of the associates at this store for several years - that is unusual in the retail environment. This seems to be a testament to the management team and the overall culture in this store. Overall a good experience making my home improvement project much easier!

BEST HOME DEPOT STORE Because of Service People like Marjorie who Are ALWAYS NICE, and Make Sure The Customer Comes First. Plus, She Smiles, Handles Mean Customers Easily, and Even Knows Customers Names.

Saw a few gentlemen busting their tails in lumber cleaning the department! It’s good to see passionate people who care about how their store looks! One associate (introduced himself as Dallion but his apron said “Dal”) was INCREDIBLE!! This young man seemed to be leading the charge in lumber. He even offered assistance in another department I needed help with!

Friendly and helpful place to shop.

I would guess about 90% of the time I walk out with the item(s) I walked in to purchase.

Some employees here can not properly wear a mask during a global pandemic. Mouth AND nose needs covered not 50% of the holes you breath through. Also saw a customer walking around mask-less and he should have been approached by an employee.

Store is NOT enforcing COVID guidelines for masks or distancing. Including employees who were upset a t reminding them. Will shop elsewhere until a solution is found to the pandemic. Too bad, I usually like to go here but am VERY disappointed in today’s visit.
