The Collier store is relatively close to my home and provides me with a vast selection of the products I need when shopping. The employees are friendly and knowledgable. They go out of their ways to assist and inform. I plan to continue shopping at this Home Depot.

Happy to see Home Depot improving in number of employees and better service. Last few visits have been very pleasant with helpful personnel -- great service! Associates were very helpful in guiding me to my purchase.

The Bridgeville, PA Home Depot always has product stocked very well. Their employees are helpful in answering my questions. The tool rental department is very efficient in the truck rental process. The employees in the paint department are great. I enjoy walking the aisles to see the latest tools. Always a very clean store.

Was treated with slow service and an ignorant cashier while trying to check out. The checkout area had one employee on service while busy and she was incapable of handling busy.The customer needs service sign at self serve made the announcement a very long time. She handled pressure by ignorance and combative attitude. This store is not only understaffed but have poorly trained and unqualified people. This happened on a Saturday at approximately noon. NO EXCUSE FOR THIS TREATMENT.

Terry from the collier store was very helpful today, in finding the tall resin cabinet that we wanted. He looked on the shelves and went on the computer to help us find what we wanted. After we found it , Terry went and got us a cart, and walked us up to checkout, all while his phone kept ringing. He was very helpful.

Chris in the paint department is fantastic! A wealth of knowledge and personalty!

horrible service non existent help

I was there to get replacement mini-blinds for my living room window. I bought the Hampton Bay ones two years ago and they're already falling down. Another customer and I had to wait FOREVER for an employee to come and trim the blinds to fit the window. By the time the employee showed up, the store closed and power was to the saw was shut off so he couldn't trim the blinds even if he wanted to. Now I have to make a return trip because Home Depot customer service is mediocre at best.

We visited our son who just bought his first home - lots of questions and decisions. It is the staff of this store that made the difference.

I would consider the Bridgeville Home Depot, along with the one in Washington, PA a fairly good place to shop for Hardware, home needs. They seem to have more employees around to help you. But, then again, the manager at the Bethel Park store seems nicer. Prices are cheaper than the neighborhood hardware store.

Employees at THIS store are the number 1 reason I go there! From the people at the cust. .service desk (Marjorie and Mary) - to the loader helper (Pierce). they go out of their way to help you!

Amazing, well organized, familiar with the stuff where they are stored, very helpful workers. excellent experience.

Finally a store where it easy to locate plumbing, electrical, appliances, paint and gardening supplies and employees in orange aprons who are friendly and helpful no matter where they are in this store!

Geoffrey was extremely friendly and helpful in my ordering of Levelor roller shades. He listened to what I wanted and directed me to the right books to look through. He ordered the samples to be sent to my home and even suggested buying gift cards from Giant Eagle when I ordered my shades--I wouldn't even think to do that. Just the fact that Home Depot had sales associates available to help in this department was an improvement over other home improvement stores.

The customer service representative was over the top. Employee was a credit to Home Depot.

Just bought my first battery powered lawn mower, EGO, found it on sale, used it today, my grass was very high, the mower looked great, the mower cut the grass with ease and the battery lasted for the entire yard, happy with this purchase. Staff was very friendly and helpful, helped me load my mower into my car.

Steve in Electric is a whiz- super helpful all the time and has a passion for his work rarely seen. It always puts a smile on my face knowing he is helping me.

This morning, 6 am I was greeted by a very nice young man named Daniel, he actually liked his job even though it was very early in the morning. I asked him why he was in such a cheerful mood, he said he liked working there and didn't mind the early hours. He made my visit much nicer than it would have been had he not been working.

When shopping for a new lawn mower at this store, I requested assistance from a salesperson. I gave the salesperson my requirements which included self propelled. He recommended Troy-bilt, I said ok, he loaded a Troy-bilt onto my cart. When I assembled it at home, I discovered it was not self-propelled. Called customer service , they said bring it back with the receipt for exchange or return. I need to make a decision: take it back for refund and go to another Home Depot for purchase, do nothing and let an obvious consumer biased sale go overlooked, take it back and make no further purchases from Home Depot. Is this an ongoing practice, similar to "bait and switch", I will not recommend Home Depot to friends and family.

No flat carts were available for customers to get goods in the garden center. They all had store products on them, so if I wanted a cart, I had to empty one first. What a joke. Two associated were available to help, but no one offered. One said they just came in and knew nothing. The other finally offered to go find a cart in another part of the store. Would have been quicker to empty one. In addition, the propane exchange center was malfunctioning. Spent 10 minutes pulling on doors to find one tha I hoped was full. Many doors were already broken and obviously, the spring on the doors weren't working. Management is clueless! Might want to think twice about going to this store.

Don’t waist your time at this store! No service, cashiers have no knowledge on how to handle problems with their own credit card! I like Home Depot but this store needs a total revamp. Only go there if you know what you need and where to find it

its a good store to buy tools and home improvement stuff. particularly it has good collection on home improvement materials.
