BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE ANYWHERE

Rachel in Flooring was very helpful and knowledgeable, went out of her way to provide really good service. Also the lady who settled the differences in new charges and negotiated a satisfactory compromise.

Employees there are always friendly and helpful.

They always have what I'm looking for and they are always helpful.

The store is clean, well-maintained, and well-stocked. Plentiful amounts of sale items were on display, well-signed, and the associates are friendly and helpful. Re the covid-19 pandemic, all are wearing masks, and there is plentiful evidence of associates keeping the store safe, down to wiping check-out counters between customers.

This is by far the best Home Depot store! As they say "the buck stops here" but it should be "the buck starts and stops here." That's because it starts with the store manager -- Randy! I had a return from online and this guy went far beyond all expectations to assist me. Nothing was too much trouble. He took time and every answer was positive -- yes - sure - not a problem - we'll make it right! Not only did he take time with me, but it appeared that all employees were taking time and helpful with their customers. So it started with Randy and carried over throughout the store. What a wonderful store!!!!

I ordered a patio table from this store and was emailed and texted about parking in the curbside pickup spot and to call and tell them my order number. I called and after 15 minutes of no one answering I went in and continued to wait in line. finally an employee asked me for my order number and another employee went to go get my table. he laid it at my feet. I had no cart because I was expecting curbside pickup and the employee said to me "its not that heavy and im really tired" insinuating he wasn't going to help me carry it to my car. im a nurse and I understand covid is changing everything but don't tell your customers to expect it to be walked to their car and ESPECIALLY don't be so rude.

HAD TO BUY ALL NEW KITCHEN APPLIANCE, STORE EMPLOYEE, MIKE GREETED ME & STAYED WITH ME TIL PURCHASE WAS DONE & I WAS LEAVING. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE, VERY HELPFUL. WOULD RECOMMEND BRIDGEVILLE HOME DEPOT TO ALL MY FRIENDS & FAMILY. THANK YOU MIKE FOR MAKING THIS BUYING EXPERIENCE SO SMOOTH & PAINLESS.

Great place to shop.

We shopped in two difffert departments and we were helped by two of the best employees who went out of their way to assist us. I was so impressed, that I filled out a survey when I returned home - this is something that I do very rarely - but because of the excellent expeperience that we had, I felt compelled to write this review.

Never a bad experience at this store. Hope it remains this way.

The women's restroom was a mess, an employee told me they weren't too busy to assist me, luckily a second employee came to help; she could have addressed it in a more genial manner.

Great store.

I have couple comments; 1. I ordered some things on line recently - Took quite a while to get some of them but it may just be the times we are in - You need a simple print version of the e-mailed paper work. What you have takes too much time to print and uses too much personal printer ink. - Make it clearer on the web page which store you are ordering from. Too small in the top corner. I have ordered, in the past, from the wrong store by accident. - You list Beechmont , PA as 15071, this is incorrect and should only be Oakdale, PA 15071. I used the 15071 zip code and did not notice it posted my address as Beechmont not Oakdale , PA. 2. Rentals. I had to recently rented a generator and want to rent a small rotor tiller now. - First, the guy I rented the generator from was very friendly and very technically helpful at the Robinson, PA store. - I am extremely disappointed that you cannot reserve a rental. This is a big issue when trying to schedule work. I cannot have people scheduled to do work only to find out an item that is critical, is not available when I planned to pick up. - There should be a way to schedule and pay to hold in advance an item. If you do not pick up you lose your deposit or the minimal rental charge. You guys need to consider this approach. I want to use a small rotor tiller tomorrow but have no idea it will be available when I need. - There has got to be a way to reserve an item and that you do not lose out if some one does not show or cancel. I love your stores and spend a lot of money each year in them. Please consider the above suggestions. The generator worked out great. Please thank all your employees that are working, we appreciate it. It make it seem a little more normal.

Customer service is on the mend. I have been coming here for years and and have seen it go down but it is currently making a comeback. You can have the other two stars when it stays consistent.

Great store. At the beginning of the survey it said the East Liberty store was the store location that's why I said I would not shop at that store only because of location. I have never been to the East Liberty store. The Bridgeville store is always clean and the staff are very helpful. They will go out of their way to serve you. I have had small amounts of lumber and tile cut there. That saved me time and effort. Their paint section has very knowledgeable people.

STORE STOPPED GIVING DISCOUNTS TO VETERANS

I have been shopping at this Home Depot for at least 30 plus years and have always been treated with respect and kindness. The store was neat and had the products we were looking for. Edgar was our associate and he was great. He helped us in numerous sections.

I always have good experiences at this store.

Store is fully stocked, employees are helpful, thoughtful and nice.They don’t recognize the veteran flag on a real I’d drivers license anymore!! For me I will go elsewhere for the discount.

This particular Home Depot is a little out of my way, but I definitely feel it is worth the effort to travel to it. Generally, the store associates are very approachable, knowledgeable & helpful. It never seems to be a problem when I take them away from whatever they are doing to ask a question. The store inventory is also quite good. I've also rented trucks for this store, never a problem.

The employees are always friendly and helpful,and I always fined what I am looking for.the store is always clean.

Its the only improvement store i go to.
