They need to turn on the a/c or fix it if it’s broken. It’s very hot. Not a good shopping environment and certainly not conducive to waiting in line at check out.

My daughter wanted a vacuum for her birthday. I went to my "go to" Home Depot store for her requested gift. They were out of the particular vacuum she wanted but the staff searched relentlessly and found a comparable product from the same manufacturer. I left my store with her gift and was so grateful to Misty and Dan for all their help!!!

Over the past few years I have washers, dryers, refridgerator, stove, complete kitchen remodled, windows and doors. I have been very satisfied with everything!

I have always had a great experience at this home depot and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for things that they need for home emprovment

Associates aren't knowledgeable of products, Store Management is not responsive to customer needs and concerns. Project panels incorrectly sized 24"x48"; actual size is smaller. The isles are cluttered and unsafe, products incorrectly priced which makes checking out a hassle!!!

Customer service was on point! Staff members were extremely friendly and interactive with customers. Best experience I have had in a very long time!

The Columbus store has many items I can’t get at other places. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The location is convenient and you can’t miss the orange sign. I enjoy looking around and finding different things I could use or getting ideas on my next project.

Greg at the self checkout came and saved the day for me. One of the products sku was not working and he figured it out and was very nice and helpful. All the employees were nice and helpful on this visit.

This shopping trip was for gardening materials. Customer service was very helpful and friendly. I found everything I needed and at a good price.

I purchase all my Ryobi tools here which they have a great selection of. On this trip I purchased several accessories for my Traeger 34. They had all the accessories I wanted and more. Wide variety of Traeger Pellets which I was pleased to see.

The paint i purchased was just what I needed.

I use Joy dishwashing detergent. You carry it in a large bottle. It is much more economical to buy in bulk. We have a six person household and wash a lot of dishes.

I bought a new shower head and it broke in less than 6 weeks..the employees helped me find the exact same one and walked with me. The customer service is also super friendly and makes it easier and less stress when exchanging a product

I have become a frequent shopper with my spouse and service dog. Not only do I use it to walk a little but attempt to purchase items that a handyman can repair in our home. They provide us with a pleasant experience while helping us but have even given us lists of handyman that can do the maintenance or repairs

The people were helpful and made sure I got what I was looking for

We came in after making a trip to Lowe’s in search of a new front door. Your associate, David Middleton, helped us out and was so wonderful to work with. He took his time and helped us pick out the perfect door! It was a completely different experience than the one we had at Lowe’s. David was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and was so great to work with. HD will now be my first stop. You have such an asset in David. Thank you, Home Depot and thank you, David!

Cashier named Morgan is very rude and unprofessional! However the manger Steven was nice and helpful he apologized on her behalf.. Talking to other employees come to fine out she always gets Complaints.. why she still there?!
