Great place to shop for home inprovement need

Run very well, like it a lot, the staff is very professional and the store is always in great shape.

The store usually have stuff that the other stores don't have.

Great attention from Associates whenever i ask for help.

This store is clean and comfortable, however some of the associates are not well informed about the products in their areas. I went to the store to purchase an MDI bagger. Online it said there were 2 in stock. After making a trip to the store and asking the associate for this item he said they don’t carry this item and they rarely get the in and suggested I order it on line. After ordering online, I later received an email canceling my order without any reason. I called the customer service number spoke with a representative who couldn’t find a reason but did find there were 3 in the store. She gave the aisle and location of the bagger. On my return trip everything went smoothly because I had the information I needed. If an associate is working in a particular area they should be familiar with what’s in the department or at least direct you to someone who truly know.

Well equipped store and friendly helpful employees...

Everyone here is always so kind and polite. The people in each individual department take pride in their jobs and helping customers and the people in checkout are as kind as can be. Definitely my go to store and a Home Depot that shines out above the rest.

Everyone was wearing proper PPE and the store was neat and clean. The associates were very helpful and friendly.

Impeccable customer service. Never disappointed when I shop at this location. I rarely have to ask anyone for help. They willingly come to you to ensure you find and obtain everything that you need. Also, it’s always very clean and well stocked.

Jessica is the absolute best cashier I’ve ever encountered anywhere! She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She assisted me in opening a Home Depot credit card & let me know about all kinds of discounts! Will return just because of her! She worked the register in the garden department & it was also the nicest garden dept I’ve ever been too.

One stop shop for all my home improvement needs, also run into painters, electricians, roofers etc.

This review is about the employee who was so disrespectful to me this morning at self checkout. She was not helpful and rude. This blows my mind considering I spent close to $600.

Store associates seem to be harder and harder to find when need help. Not sure if they are understaffed or what's going on but it seems to be the norm at this store here lately.

I am a female disabled veteran and asked at least four associates for assistance. Each one put it off on someone else instead of just asking what I needed. I waited at least 20 minutes in the isle for help and eventually just asked another customer. The customer lifted the two items I needed with no problem. No help from an employee. Once outside, I asked someone else to put it in my car. This was a shame and total disappointment.

The employees were very friendly. One, in particular, is Amy, who works in the paint section. She was very attentive to customers' needs. It is obvious that she has a strong work ethic and loves her job. I had several questions, and Amy was very patient in answering every single one in a very professional manner. Thank you, Amy!

If it wasn't for Steven in plumbing helping me out tremendously I probably would have walked out due to the rudeness of the associate in appliances. She was not only rude to me but to an elderly woman behind me. There is a polite way to tell someone to step outside the "yellow box". She chose to work at Home Depot, I did not put her there.
