I have been searching high and low for a range hood grease filter and lamp cover without success. I do not want to buy a whole range hood just because this part is old, grungy, and has an ugly burn mark from the light bulb burning into the lens cover. After endless time searching the web and finding that the part I'm looking for is obsolete, I marched to Home Depot in Conway to see if I could find a piece of light-filtering plastic that I could replace my grungy one with . Allen from Flooring and James from plumbing led me around the store to seek out various options, but we could not find a piece flexible enough, thin enough....anything enough to work. I told them thanks for their help and continued looking at some other things on my list. A few minutes later James showed up and told us to come by flooring before we were to leave the store, that he and Allen had found some possible options from various sites online and might just have one that would work. When we went to that department and looked at options from various websites, we found lens covers but none that were large enough for what we needed. I told them thanks, and that I could search more when I got home.....but they persisted until a solution looked impossible. I thanked them and went on looking at other things. As we were about to leave, they both approached me and my husband and said they had found a thin "scrap" piece of flexible plastic about 5" x 34". They had marked "free" on it so we wouldn't get arrested on the way out the door, and told us it was our lucky day. There have been times I have been frustrated by sales people who didn't seem to genuinely care about the customers. Home Depot has been no exception. Today these guys went above and beyond, spending so much time, investigating so many different options in the hopes of helping me find a little 5" x 17 inch piece of plastic. They even found this scrap piece that was exactly twice the size I needed so I could have a "spare". Not many people would bend over backwards like these guys, and I would hope (especially with the absence of work ethic in this world today), that you would recognize them before their managers and their peers for their outstanding job performance. Tonight, Mike was very, helpful, too! Home Depot my new favorite store

Kenneth and Teresa should be getting rave reviews. They both go above and beyond for their customers. Thanks to Teresa I have my washer/dryer in my new laundry room and thanks to Kenneth we are renovating, without having to wait long, our bathroom

I had a great experience picking up online order,and associate in plumbing helped me find accessories for the diy install.Cashier at will call pickup was cheerful and got me someone to load my items

I went in for a Lawn mower. They helped me get my credit line raised and also got me a longer term of no interest to help me get it paid off sooner without all the extra.

I bought a Rheem water heater 10 years ago from the Home Depot in NLR AR store. Yesterday on New Year day I woke to water heater major failure. Called Rheem today and received a warranty case number. Went to the Conway store and Andre did above and beyond customer service and got me happily on my way.

I had a great experience in this particular store. Every single employee greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed help. Directed me where I needed to go and Clerk was friendly and relatable. Great experience. Wish all stores had such friendly and helpful staff

Thankful for this store and their willingness to help when we forget to bring our Home Depot card. Polite service.

I bought fencing toprails, and metal yard edging. Jeremy and Clay were really helpful, and made shopping there more enjoyable.

Recently purchased a blower from this store. I asked for assistance in finding what I was looking for, the salesperson, Mike Roberts was very helpful. He listened to me, answer all of my questions, and made sure I had everything I needed.

I had the privilege of meeting cashier Haley who is very knowledgeable and pleasant. During this visit I was using my phone to scan the product bar code. I laid my phone down while scanning products and paid for my items went home. After being home realized I didn't have my phone so I used my husband's phone and was so thankful on the second ring it was answered by Haley. I feel like she went above and beyond, great customer service that girl is a keeper.

The store usually has the products we are searching, The quality and variety are good.

I went in today to get a Milwaukee battery pack and a rotary tool because they were having a BOGO on them for certain tools. I’m disappointed because the customer service was awful. I have never had such terrible service in a store. Do better for the $18/hr you’re getting.

Can't navigate for all of the junk in the aisles..

Always willing to be helpful. Any of the workers can help you find an item on their little handheld phone. If they don't have it, they can find another location that has an item in stock.

I purchased my washer and dryer in 2019. Since both products performed GREAT, now I have purchased my refrigerator and freezer in 2023. So very nice to have The Home Depot in our community with their employees working as a community to supply our HOME needs.

Customer service left a lot to be desired. We waited for about 20 minutes once my husband went and asked for help and then were told different things by everyone we spoke to about the extended warranty.

Mikey in paint was very helpful, kind, and patient during the process of my husband and I picking out paint for our nursery. After leaving paint we headed to checkout. Diane eagerly assisted us as she us looking around. We appreciated her consideration and positive attitude! Today we had a pleasant and relaxing experience which was more than refreshing! Thanks again Mikey and Diane for making a great day even better!

We left feeling like we were oart of a team at Home Depot. No pressure applied here, just kindness an patience in helping us find what we were looking for. If you are in the appliance area look to see if Kathy is available as she is the best!!@

In 23 years of shopping at Home Depot, I have never met two ladies more friendly than Ms. Theresa and Ms. Myra! They provided great customer service, friendly attitude, excellent communication skills, and big smiles! I usually dread going to HD, but now I will look forward to it in hopes that I will get to see those ladies! If more associates and people in general were more like them, the world would be a much brighter place! Y’all stop by and see them! Ms. Myra is in Gardening and Ms. Theresa is at the cash registers (self checkout today). They literally turned my frown upside down and best part of my day!

We needed a section of linoleum 16 x 4 feet section. We were told we would have to purchase a full 12 x 16 section. We asked if we could get assistance in splitting the 12 foot roll into 2 sections (a 4+ ft section & a 7+ ft section), and we’re advised no. We asked about getting a saw and just cutting it in half. I mean it is Home Depot, don’t they sell saws…. We just expected better service. We also did not like the fact we had to purchase such extra linoleum when we did not need it at the time.

I was told I'd get free delivery and set up on a freezer I purchased. Delivery was free but I had to threatened to send the freezer back before the men finally agreed to unbox the item and plug it in.

This working named Mike was the best employee for any store that I have ever gone to. He took the time to help us answering our questions and suggesting products.
