I am remodeling my kitchen and I had no idea what style I was looking for. I was asked so many questions so he could put together the kitchen of my dreams!!!! Excellent customer service!

This staff was amazing it was pouring down raining and they literally were drenched headed to toe helping me load a lawn mower a tool box and two huge shelves, I don’t know if anyone will see this but this experience really touched my heart the service they provided. I am a customer services supervisor myself and the dedication and effort they put into assisting me was out of this world. They should be all commemorated and praised. I will share this experience with my own staff to encourage them to provide this level of appreciation towards customers, they really set the bar.

Kathy working in appliances is awesome. She is an example of how we should all interact. Great customer service, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thank you for making this a great shopping experience. We came in for a refrigerator and will be back but bought a freezer today.

I will shop at another Home Depot location, NOT. Conway store is the best in all of Arkansas

As I am a female with very little knowledge of the home repair, I value the time Home Depot puts into stocking the shelves and all the information around the store to help me save my home by taking the effort to take advantage of in-store workshops and such.

Have only used once but really like so far, 30" size perfect for lawns less than an acre our lawn is less than 1/2 an acre

I have bought recently a washer and dryer compact for apartment very pleased. Looking forward to getting my trash compactor!

I spent over $1100.00 for lumber there. I thought I would end up paying around $3000 for what I had on my list. So I was very happy at the register. Also, 2 young men helped gather all of my lumber and load it onto a trailer for me. Tremell and Justin should both be commended for helping me as they did.

In a society where personal service is often a thing of the past, the Conway Home Depot is definitely an exception to that norm. If you need assistance in any area, they are willing to help and get the info you want to buy the product that will best fit your needs. if they don’t know the answer, they will find out for you. From Gloria to Justin to Gabby to Arian, they are pleasant and helpful. Try this location. You will agree with us that their customer service is excellent.

On May 25, 2022, I purchased a refrigerator at the Conway, AR location. Appliance specialist, Kathy Stelivan, assisted me with the purchase. Kathy was so patient and helpful. She showed me all the different varieties of refrigerators that were available along with their myriad of features. In this day and age, it seems like employees are not knowledgeable about the products they sell. She was just the opposite and so pleasant to deal with. It is obvious that she is a devoted employee and should be commended for this (a raise would be greatEmoji).

There is always an employee around when you need one. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the products

I bought fence boards today and received outstanding service from Shane!! Earlier in the day we made a different purchase and also received great service from other associates at Home Depot. I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend this store.

Mike, Gia, Luiz, Melanie and a lady I didn't get her name but I know she was deaf and she was so understanding and amazing. Just made my life so much easier and just went out of their way to make someone like me feel important. I hope they get the recognition that they deserve.

Bought the weed eater last Saturday & used it the next day. It works great & we appreciate the help in choosing the item from Noah in the store!!! Will shop here again!!!

My shopping experience for an upright freezer was awesome

Not everything is perfect! I have bought highly expensive tools throughout the years from the Conway Home Depot and at times I would have a damaged or defective tool. The Conway Home Depot has always taken care of my exchanges with no issues, grant it I make all my purchase on my Home Depot card so my receipts and items are easy to find. I would highly recommend the Conway Home Depot for any all tool purchases. Jerry in hardware is by the best in knowledge and experience with hand tools and large tools such as table saws, compound miter saws, and wood planers.

Garrett was an excellent help when I had questions! Super courteous, respectful, very knowledgeable!

Michael the customer service cashier was extremely helpful and was very responsive, respectful, and tactful in his communication. He is a great asset to the Conway store and he in particular has great communication skills!

Always willing to help me with what ever project I'm working on

James gave us great customer service when ordering our front door. He was a very knowledgeable and efficient when entering our selection and measurements on the computer.

Worse customer service. Rude cashiers that think Home Depot makes there own money. People don’t shop Home Depot doesn’t stay open.

We lost our home back in June and are in the process of rebuilding. The sales reps there were very helpful with making our choices and offering any assistance if needed in the future.

If you need anything from appliances, I urge you to go see Kathy, she will answer all of your questions and if she doesn't know she will find out!

We have always had a positive experience at this store. Today we did not when we encountered 2 employees that would not help my husband get some heavy plywood. I got their names and reported them to the manager, Angel, and she handled the situation beautifully. We will definitely shop there again.

Employee turned her back and walked away from the transaction in order to visit with her friend and made zero effort at helping the customer with her return. I've made returns before and never have I been met with less assistance. I have a Pro Extra account and All my purchases have been made on it. Every other time I made a return the employee was able to look up my receipts on my account and process the proper return. Not this time, she made many errors and didn't even try to find my receipts resulting in store credits being issued!!

They had the seal I needed for my roof.
