This Home Depot store is first class. They have helpful employees who are always available and willing to help.

Wade was excellent in being attentive to our needs

The associate in the electrical department could not have been more attentive or helpful. The check out cashier was extremely nice and efficient, a wonderful young lady.

I needed 2x6x16’s and 5 3/4” sheets of osb subfloor and the store was about to close. I was able to find straight 2x4x16’s and load up the osb before closing. The cashier was very friendly and helped find someone to help me load my purchase. An off the radar storm moved in and another HD employee found some plastic for me to cover the osb. And then under the awning a couple employees helped me cover the osb before I strapped everything down. I really appreciate the employees at HD for all the help and just taking the time to help out...I feel like they really went above and beyond!

This location is easy to access, the store is well maintained and items seem to be in stock (meaning my experience has been the status of items as displayed on the website has matched what I encounter in the store). Contactless POS transactions are not 100% reliable yet (hopefully, this will get fixed soon).

The store is always clean and helpful and can always find products that I need I am in a rush. Have a wonderful staff always willing to help

This store was very organized and it made you feel very important that they recognized you as you enter the building made sure that you could find everything you needed helped you and assisted you with locating products that may have moved I give this a five-star

The store usually has everything in stock that I need. Employees are always available and eager to help. Convenient location.

This store has been very consistent in having the items I've needed in stock and the associates are super friendly. There is always an associate nearby if I need assistance.

I wouldn't even give this store 1 star after today. As essential workers who should be grateful for work right now, employees sure spend a lot of time complaining in front of customers about having to do their jobs. I will not be shopping here anymore after my experience today.

Wendy is the best cashier

Sheila who runs the contractor check out is one of the best cashier's cashier's they have. Love going to her line because she knows us very well from shopping there often. She needs a raise : )!!!

Friendly staff and very helpful

I could get in and out quickly, and I can take my little dog in with me (on a leash of course.) It's so convenient to my home too, less than 15 minutes to get there!

Had the best experience at The Home Depot in Conway AR. Ms Dooren in Doors and Windows went above and beyond to help me get the door I needed. Even had it loaded and ready to go because I was running late between Dr appointments! Also, Anthony at the check out was great, helped me out and loaded the door in the back of my SUV. I will always shop the Home Depot store in Conway!!! Great helpers all over the store!

I wish I could leave 0 stars because of how disrespectful an employee was to me. Management did not seem to care. This place needs to learn how to treat their customers better. I do not recommend Conway Home Depot to anyone.

GREAT store to shop on rainy day when one can't work outdoors. Lots of questions about products answered.

Helpful employees, especially Wade and the older gentleman that wears glasses! So helpful and great attitudes! There’s also an older lady that is so nice and helpful always! We have been remodeling so we are in and out of the store a lot! They are asset to this store! There are also two younger guys that help me load my stuff! They also are the same boys that collect carts, but I don’t recall their names!

Wade was incredible. A very sweet guy. He was funny and very personable. I really hope his name is wade. I’m pregnant and tired he checked us out very fast and was cracking jokes the whole time. He immediately stopped what he was doing to help us check out!

Store is always clean and stocked. Employees are always nice and if they can't help, they will find someone to help.

They have been great in every way helping us build a new house. We purchased the majority of things from them, from construction materials to window blinds!!!!
