Go to literally any other home improvement store in Conway. The people here are consistently rude and unhelpful. It’s ridiculous. ESPECIALLY in the paint department. They are so so rude and any time you need a color mixed they act as though you are bothering them.

Home Depot in Conway has great customer service.

Diane, the sales person was very nice and noticed that I was wearing a military hat and gave me a military discount after verification!

I wanted to thank Nick and Charles for the work they do in the rental/repair department. Nick is totally awesome and takes care of me every time I come in there. He has gone above and behind to assist me in the past!!! Just a simply thanks to you guys and appreciate the customer service you provide!!! Truly remarkable!!!

We had so many questions about the different countertop materials for our kitchen. The associate was most helpful and patient in answering all our questions. His friendly, unhurried manner put us at ease. He lent us a piece of the quartz to take home. One week after we ordered the counter top we decided to change the color! The associate assured us that would not be a problem and he made the changes on our order. In the past we found friendly, helpful associates in both the plumbing, bath remodeling and kitchen appliances and lawn mower departments.

Every time we have been in this store, no matter what department, the associates have always been friendly and very helpful. We have purchased appliances for our home, paint, stain, hardware, lumber and plants, etc. They always seem to have just what we need. Pretty much a one stop shop.

The man working the paint counter acted like he didn’t want to help us, didn’t speak clearly or to where we could hear him and didn’t try to help us figure out what we needed. He was rude.

The employees were very helpful when I needed to find certain items. Anytime one of them noticed me looking for something they were right there to show me where the item was. Alyssa the cashier was very patient and courteous when I was checking out at the register. It was a great trip for me.

We enjoy shopping at Home Depot. We like to go to the Conway store. The staff always seems to be busy stocking, cleaning, helping customers AND typically have what we need. Exchanges and returns are easy. It is a pleasant place to shop.

We prefer Conway Home Depot over their competitors because the employee know the merchandise and if one employee doesn't know then they are quick to find another one that can assist me.

This Home Depot allows Customers to shop without a mask. Given the death rate from Covid in our county, this store should be closed unless management requires everyone in the store to WEAR A MASK!

We needed help getting several items for our remodel and then at the check-out I had to call the bank because I had used my card to many times. They were beyond nice about the entire situation and waited until I had it fixed! No fussing~ always a pleasant smile and kind word!!! We have shopped here many times and every single time we come we are treated like we are the only ones in the store! They answer our questions and help us with our loading when needed! We shop here because we appreciate great value and great service!!! Plus it's always so nice and clean! Absolutely love our Home Depot family!!!
