I got this to replace an old leaking valve that is under my kitchen sink. It fit perfectly and no leaks.

Went in for blinds, asked an associate to help me cut them. That particular associate didn’t know how to cut the blinds. They paged someone to help. I waited 20 mins on someone to come. No one showed up.

Jayah and Mr Anthony went above and beyond to unload and return landscape edger stones quickly, efficiently, with great positive attitudes and smiles on their faces. Both looked you in the eye and communicated clearly and kindly!

We went into Home Depot to buy a washing machine, and a few other items. There was no one to help us in the area for the washing machines, so we ended up just purchasing it online while we stood there. When we got our other items and went to the cash register, we had to check ourselves out. Then when our washing machine was delivered, the delivery guys left with our old washing machine and the base that we were going to use under the new washing machine. They gave us a credit, but it’s not enough to cover a purchase for a new base

I bought a new dishwasher on November 26. I experienced great customer service. A salesman (Ron?) greeted me and was very knowledgeable about the product. I will shop at this Home Depot again.

Brought a brushless Rigid reciprocating saw for free with a purchase of a two battery plus charger kit. The saw is a beast !

I am so impressed with the employees at this store, especially Mr. Chuck. He was on point and ready to lend a helping hand. He went above and beyond. I can tell he loves his job and he loves people. He will not stop until you have what you are looking for.

The store is filled with helpful and friendly employees. It is clean and organized and if you have a concern or need they are quick to help you find a solution.

This store refuses to answer the phone, but when they do they will hang up on you. The customer service team does not care about their customers. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

Ms. Betty was exceptionally helpful/friendly and took care of us after we had to find her. Besides getting the blinds we were looking for and having them cut fast and efficiently, Ms. Betty was the best part of our shopping experience.

If Ms. Kia is on shift, rest assured, she pays attention to everything and makes it her mission for one to have a pleasant experience during her shift!

Initially went to Lowe’s. Awful, rude, unprofessional service. Drove to Home Depot. Was immediately helped with kind, knowledgeable, and professional staff!!! Home Depot gained a life long customer! Highly recommend!!!!!!

I recently visited a competitor of Home Depot because I was in a rush and it was closer to my home. The experience was horrible. At Home Depot, I always have multiple employees to offer help (without being asked to do so); this was not so at the nameless competitive store. The pricing is far better than the competition’s and I am always greeted with a smile or a friendly “hello.” Visiting the other store gave me a greater appreciation for Home Depot, their array of options, and the welcoming, helpful nature or its employees.

Every time I go to this Home Depot I get greeted at the door and when I'm walking around the employees no matter where I'm in the store they ask if they can help me find what I'm looking for.

I bought this Rustoleum spray paint in the Driftwood color to match my gutter color and it matched perfectly. It went on easily and and I had no issues with it running. It dried quickly and left a good coverage. Will buy again if I ever need it.

Both employees that I interacted with today were amazing. The paint counter gentleman was amazing and professional, and Yolanda at self checkout was an absolute joy.!!!

I stopped going to Home Depot about a year ago because of poor customer service but I had a gift card so I went today. Wow! What a change! The customer service at this store is outstanding!! This store is not convenient to my house but worth the drive! Try them out!

Always liked Home Depot and its products. However, the staff assistant to customers is lacking in every department. Hope this gets better and more attention and people are trained to interact with customers.

I love that they are open at 6 AM. I was able to get in and out quickly and Allie was a very friendly and helpful cashier.

I purchased insulation and rented a blower that did not work. After having to return the malfunctioning blower, we found out the blowers that worked were not stored on the floor. It was indeed frustrating and a waste of money and time.

Every time I shop here, I have an issue with the sales associate in the Paint Dept. She always has the worst attitude and a smart mouth. She said how am I going to argue with someone who has a degree with fine arts. Well maybe she needs to take that degree somewhere else. This is the third bad encounter I've had with her. It is also not the first time I leave a negative comment about her.
