Clean store and friendly staff

If the attitude of the so called manager Marcus is the style of the store i can't believe they are still open. Extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate behavior. If its a case of a bad day then just punch out and go home. I feel sorry for any employee that has to deal with someone on a power trip.

The last transaction was the last straw. I hear the blue and grey building calling. Absolutely unaccepatble to treat consumers spending their hard earned dollars with no respect,dignity or ethics.

The store was a disaster and messy. The bathrooms were gross and smelly with puddles of pee and only 1 of 6 soap dispensers working. I asked for assistance at least 5 times over an hour of waiting. Some of the employees were rude. Me and the other customers waiting to have lumber cut, never got assistance having our wood cut. I had to cut mine with a hand saw and the others just left. The Worst Home Depot experience i have ever had!!!

Russell in the Lumber Department is a poor excuse for an employee. He is rude uncaring and low down. He wouldn't help find wood that was right in his face. Kept saying we don't have it. Then when Jay a professional came along and helped me find the wood. Jay asked him to cut the wood and he said I had to wait 10 minutes he was busy. Wow what a piece of work.

The cashier Julie is wonderful and extremely helpful !

I went in to return an item. Your cashier PARIS was extremely RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL. She never greeted me & never used a complete sentence. She said "RECEIPT" in a bad way and I told her I paid with my Home Depot CC. Then she said "SLIDE IT" again in her attitude. Then when the return was complete she said "GET YOUR RECEIPT" again in her bad attitude she quickly turned around and continued to talk with a coworker that was there. She either needs to learn how to talk to customers or definitely does not need to be dealing with customers.

Charlie in Plumbing took time to make sure I had what I needed for my project. Extraordinary service in helping me find what I needed.

Overall great visit to Store #704! Only problem was idiots parking under the loading area and then going shopping. One customer was parked in the "Pro Loading area" for 45 minutes and I observed him in the store Carrying on a lengthy conversation with someone he met in the store. BACK TO THE GOOD STUFF! There seemed to be ample employees to help DIYers (like myself) make the correct purchases for their projects.

BOUGHT A PORTER CABLE BRAD NAILER BUT THEY DON'T STOCK THE 2", 18 GAUGE BRADS FOR IT! WHAT GOOD IS THAT?

All of the staff are very friendly. Daleisha helped match the paint color for me and it took three times, but she was able to match a color that others could not. Tabetha is super helpful and very friendly at checkout. I cant say enough about this store!!!

I waited over 30 minutes and no one assisted me. Not only that, I was overcharged for a sale item and the Manager kept telling me they charge the original price before discounts are applied. There is nothing about that makes sense. She was clearly stating they overcharge the customer on the receipt in order to give a discount. I purchased a range that was clearly marked on sale for 599.00 but my receipt states 664.00. The manager for some reason didnt want to admit an error had occured. She kept giving me totals after the military discount was applied. No matter how you add it up 782.25+25.98+599.00=1407.23... my receipt reflects 782.25+25.98+664.00=1472.23 before discounts and taxes applied. If I'm wrong I apologize, but numbers don't lie.

Outstanding Kitchen & Bath Designer, Chris VanGiesen, is the best!!! He has so much patience, and the ability to listen to both husband and wife with opposing views and bring all together with a plan to satisfy both!!! I wanted a rustic kitchen, but my husband is more traditional. Now we have a plan that is a compromise. His professional courtesy and exceptional talents in design are excellent! So glad we found him! Thank you, Chris!

The employees there are polite and good customer service

Outstanding service from the beginning to the end. Went to purchase a refrigerator and the employee went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted and a great value as well. He did not try to sell me the most expensive model but stayed within my price range. Thanks Chris for making my first major appliance purchase a great one.

We were looking for a specific product and couldn't find it where the other similar items were. We asked 4 different people for help and all they did was point us in a direction we already had looked. I knew from the website that this particular store was supposed to have 5 on hand. I was frustrated and asked one more employee for help. She said she had been there for over 20 years and that she could definitely find it if they had any. She scanned my phone and seen they had 6 on hand. She said she was gonna go to outside garden center and see if it was out there. She NEVER came back. We waited and waited. Finally just looking around, we happened to spot 2 of them on the top of the risers. We told the guy on the aisle that what we were looking for was on the top and that he would have to get it down. It took over an hour from the time I went in the store until we left to buy one item.. one LARGE item!! I was disappointed and upset.. I had driven almost 3 hours to go to a store to be treated like that. I will never go back to this store and don't recommend it!!

Tabatha in the Paint Department provided excellent customer service, and she answered all of my questions for my upcoming project. She is very knowledgeable of the products in her area. I look forward to coming back to the store to see her when I start my project very soon.

Excellent customer service, even on a busy black friday

The Cordova-Wolfchase store personifies what Great customer service should be. Each associate took time in assisting me, especially Daila(correct spelling?) in the paint department! I live 50 minutes away, but will gladly drive to this store when I’m in need of home improvement items! Chic-Fil-A isn’t the only one with Outstanding Customer Service- Cordova Home Depot just joined the league!

The customer service is wonderful, items are easy to find and priced affordable.

The store is clean most of the time , I would like to see basket and carts on the inside of store and pull and push straight . One cashier stands out , her name is Julie (don’t know her last name . , always friendly and smiling and never rushes people .
