The employees were so helpful. I was alone and I needed to get 2 bales of peat for my flower bed. I found it and the young man couldn't leave the register. I got it in the buggy and I checked out. I backed my car up to the garden entrance and the young man put it the trunk for me. He called for someone to come and help me but we got the job done on our own. The store was clean and was easy to the find product I needed.

Shopped for a washer & dryer this past July 4th weekend sales,the sale reps were extremely helpful, friendly, with quick and efficient service.

I am remodeling my house and use Behr paints. There paint section is always helpful, and does a great job making recommendations on products based on the job being done.

The customer service department is awesome. They listen to you and then solve the problem.

We were surprised that we found assistance as quickly as we did. Home Depot has upped their game in that department. We were looking for a hard to locate item and the store rep helped us find exactly what we wanted efficiently and pleasantly. We were in and out in short order. Self checkout was easy and I liked the rack of "last minute" impulse items at the check out area.

I recommend this store if you are interested in variety, courtesy and quality of product.

Very unhelpful and unfriendly group of employees!

Today 3/30/2019 10:00:09 – I had to return two very heavy and oversize items. At the return cashier I requested a large cart for oversize items and help unloading them from car. The women at the return counter informed me that they have no heavy-duty carts upfront and that I would have to get one from the other end of the store. I informed them that I was a 100% disabled veteran and it would be helpful to have someone bring the cart and help me with the unloading of the items. At that moment, MO realized that this issue could turn ugly; Mo jumped in and without hesitation assisted me. Mo went to the other end of the store got the cart, brought it forward, helped with the unloading the two items from the car, brought the items into the store, and then completed the return process. Now that is the epitome of customer service. MO deserves an “Atta Person” for not only going the extra mile; importantly he did not question why I was a 100% disabled veteran (since I have no visible wounds, rather TBI). Thank-you MO!!!!!

This Home Depot has great associates, which are willing to go out of their way to help.

THE ASSOCIATES AT THE PAINT DEPARTMENT ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY.

Employees were friendly, helpful and pleasant from the time we entered the store until we left. I always find what i'm looking for at Home Depot.

1 - Great management team and employees. 2 - company as a whole needs dedicated staff to focus on warranty issues. Lot's of confusion there. 3. - company as a whole needs dedicated staff to focus on installer communications. I feel like I am having to argue with installers because communication between what store is telling me and what is being told to installer is not consistent.

Excellent customer service. When we entered the store, we received a friendly greeting from Markus who was working at the customer service desk. It was very nice to feel welcomed! LaKisha in the paint department was very knowledgeable, friendly. It was refreshing to have someone so helpful. Our cashier Julie was extremely nice and thanked us for our business. It was nice to be thanked as we do have a choice on where to shop. It was even nicer that that thank you felt sincere. I would highly recommend this Home Depot!

The salesperson JXA2GSW went out of his way to assist me and answer question on my DIY project. He showed me samples and let me decide which flooring would work best for my home. He also showed me the different (sound Off) padding that is used below the Laminate to lower the noise. He took his time and I did not feel rushed to make a quick decision. Not sure of his name and used the salesperson JXA2GSW from my receipt,
