Extremely courteous representative's! Everyone was interested in, “How can I help you?” They all made me feel like this is a happy environment to be in. From service desk to purchase, to carry out everyone was helpful and knowledgeable.They (ALEX) held the product for me to drive 1&1/2 hour to get there, 3 hours round trip. I called 5 Home Depot’s-No other Home Depot had what I wanted! THIS STORE HAD EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED AND HELD IT FOR ME TILL I GOT THERE! Spent $215.00 on one item so I’m grateful they were able to hold it and were so nice about it when I come into store. A polite young man pushed my purchase to my vehicle and lift it inside! Sooo worth driving the total 3 hours to pick up my item!

My old dryer sounded like I was tumbling rocks . They were so helpful and they had a lot in stock to pick from . The man that helped us told us the better brand to chose from he was very friendly and helpful

I always find what I need here! The staff always has a hello and a smile. The crew here will go out of their way to find exactly what you need! They often join forces to do it! Love this place!

This month I was working on a routine kitchen faucet replacement, even used the same model. Unfortunately shut off valves would not completely close and I was getting weeping while working. Greg help me find caps for the 3/8 valves to stop the water flow. Next day made several more trip as I always need one more thing because I don’t stock them around the house anymore. Greg was helpful in demonstrating how I could connect to female nut on PEX with brass coupling and then connect the brass to PEX on the opposite end

I went into the Cottleville HD store to look for new living room carpet. It was overwhelming to me. Mike in flooring asked questions to find out what I needed, showed me suitable options and explained why, efficiently set up the room measure. The measure and install went great. Love my new carpet.

The girl in the paint dept is awful. I’ve interacted with her on two separate occasions and the first one, I thought she might just be having a bad day and let it go. The next one, when I spotted she was working again, I was hesitant but gave it another go. And lo and behold, she is the most unpleasant person I’ve ever interacted with inside a Home Depot. She acted annoyed with questions and when I asked one, pointed at the sign in front of me and said, “they’re listed here.” I don’t mind people having undesirable personalities, but questions are a thing when you work at Home Depot, right? :) I’m just not used to unpleasant experiences at Home Depot. She doesn’t seem like she fits the mold there.

I bought these products yesterday and am so delighted with their use already!

We purchased a ceiling light at the O'Fallon Home Depot but it had a flaw and wouldn't work after less than a month. We returned it to the O'Fallon Store but they were out of the particular light we had purchased so the person who helped us checked other stores and found that the Mid Rivers Mall store and several left and gave us directions so we were able to return the item at that store and get another one. Both stores and their employees treated us like valued customers! We keep coming back!

I love Home Depot ! I need help and I can just stand still for a few minutes and find an employee who is willing to help, direct, find and discuss my needs. I wish every store had this kind of customer service. Roy helped Dad and me find everything and gave great advice. Thank you Roy.

I entered the store to pick up an in-store delivery that had been purchased online. I did not understand the locker system, since I had not seen nor used it before. Nicholas S at returns on August 30, 2023 walked me to the lockers and guided me step by step. I feel comfortable using the lockers without assistance in the future. Kudoes, Nicholas S.

We had 2 employees help us with our back splash installation and purchase of materials. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They made the experience go smooth, and also made it very enjoyable.

Walked up to the pro desk and felt very welcomed. We got all our questions answered and where able to place the order for the materials we needed. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

I’ve been going to this HD for more than ten years and this tall short haired blond female ( in her early fourties'’) associate at front Checkout, in front of lumber dept , is the best !!! I don’t know her name but she’s so nice more than I can say

I needed one metal tray liner to complete my painting project. I buy the 98 cent trays. They had none available. The store only had the 10 packs.

I purchased a Delta faucet a year ago and it is slowly falling apart. Home Depot refused to take it back because it was not purchased on the Home Depot card. Seriously?! If the product is faulty what difference does it make?! Terrible customer service.

When I asked about the location of the product I had come in to purchase, the gentelman walked me back to it and loaded it on to my cart. Excellent service!

Micheal, in the flooring department, was GREAT! My boyfriend had already been to the store once that day and he greeted us and welcomed us back! He was funny and extremely helpful!

bought Ryobi Trimmer & blower. Blowers fine. Trimmer string cutter broke first week. exchanged then broke off again 10 months later.. luckily they exchanged it again soo will see. seems like a fragile part that will inevitably break off again..

Woody and all the employees at this location are impressive. I always feel welcomed and am always asked if I need assistance. I've been to other Home Depot stores and have great experiences there but I usually shop at the Mid River's location as it's nearest my home.
