I wanna express my appreciation to the workforce of the Home Depot Cottleville branch for maintaining the store premise clean and in order, the merchandise is well organised and very perspective... they are welcoming and offered help in our almost every visit... we shop this store Since we moved here in St Peters way back Nov. Of 2013 we acquired a little house that time... it was a little fixer upper but to the goodness of the products we bought from this Store we were able to complete it and filled up with. We will come back and shop again and again till we drop... so Home Depot thank you that we've met ... keep up the goodness...

Shopping at this store was a good experience. The appliance specialist was very knowledgeable and helped us out in selecting the best dishwasher.

The employees here all seem relaxed, engaged and happy to be there. Of particular mention are Jerry & Art in plumbing, who have solved more than a few problems for me recently.

5 stars for outstanding customer service. The staff has always been very helpful in advising us on home repair projects. Employees are very approachable and eager to help. We had a difficult transaction recently involving a change to our 4 appliance suite, and Ciara went above and beyond as our advocate to make sure everything worked out to our satisfaction. Could not be more pleased or impressed.

This Home depot by far has the best customer service of any hardware store around!! Professional, friendly and very helpful!!
