If it weren’t for this store, we would not have the beautiful bathroom that we do. Thank you Home Depot for always being the perfect place for all our needs.

Home Depot Crescent City employees & products are the best. The employees are helpful and friendly! 90% of the product I want to buy is in stock. I wish they delivered more often. I'll upload more pictures later when the fireplace, kitchen, bathrooms, floors, painting is finished. Love my new roof!!!!

We purchased 4 gallons of Behr Dynasty Deep Base paint & had it mixed to our required shade. We returned to purchase more paint & were told that a) they didn't have the base in stock, b) they didnt know when they would get more in, c) they are never sure what they are to receive in any particular order, & d) we could be waiting 2 weeks or more - the guy just didn't know. Had we know that it would be so difficult to get the paint, we would have gone to a different store to get the paint. Now that it's too late to change, we'll be sharing our experience with anyone who will listen.

The employees were incredible! Mike really went above and beyond while helping me out. He was friendly, professional, courteous, the whole nine yards. He really helped me with cutting some MDF, and he did it with great precision. This guy is an absolute asset to Home Depot and deserves a sizable raise! Cannot express enough praise. Mickey was very pleasant during checkout. When she saw the mineral wool in my cart, she told me, “That’s the good stuff”. If you know, you know, and she knows. :) I can’t remember her name, but she helped me find an insulation knife, various screws, and a set of countersink bits. She was very friendly and personable. Knowledgeable too. Loved her!

THIS STORE ALWAYS HAS EVERYTHING I NEED. YOU CAN ALWAYS FIND SOMEONE TO HELP YOU FIND SOMETHING AND THEY EVEN HELP YOU FURTHER WHEN YOU GET TO THE ITEM. SHOP HERE, NOT ACE!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, HOME DEPO IS MUCH FASTER AT GETTING WHAT YOU NEED!

This store is great. Not only is it clean and tidy. The staff here are great as well. The management team are very personable and always go above and beyond to help with any request I may have, Brett at the pro desk has been a great help lately getting me the best price on plumbing products so I can pass that on to my customers.

I went to Home Depot this morning to get some big bags of soil, mulch, and perlite for gardening. I wasn't sure I'd be able to handle the heavy bags. But the clerk and assistant were very helpful, supplying a tarp to protect my car from any dirt or water on the bags. They also loaded it into my cart and then into my car, so it went very smoothly with no problem.

Today I went to blocks, pavers and paver base. A lot of heavy stuff. Without asking Slate came to me and offered to help me load all of the materials into my jeep. I was a little surprised. This is the first time that this has happened in all of these years. Thank you!!!!

The plant selection of this stores garden center and house plant area is the best I’ve ever seen any store, hands down. The Garden Center employee Raja was also super nice and helpful.

Everything went very well at this Home Depot, even the trip from Mckinleyville to Crescent City was much better due to you only having one-stop for road work. Last chance grade is all done

I can usually find most things I need at this store when doing handyman work. They have good selections of various tools.

The was the odor of propane in the check out area. I mentioned this to the checker and was informed that one of the heaters was leaking and management was aware, but didn't know how to tur te gas off.. At the time the air conditioning was on. I felt uneasy and somewhat concerned that this could present a possible hazardous condition. Debated on informing the fire department.

Ren provided us exceptional service and went above and beyond! He not only assisted us in flooring but took our merchandise to the front of the store as well. I will look for him when needed in the future!

The associates Jody and Joey are by far some of the best people I’ve met in Crescent City. So helpful and friendly. Always a smile on their face and eager. Other associates are as well but these two really stand out to me. Thank you for being in Crescent City and finding such great people to assist us with our needs.

Original price quoted for kitchen counters was underpriced and since you have to pay before service, we had no choice but to pay the large extra amounts. Make sure your quote is correct. Have them check it and double check it--perhaps by another in the same department.

Raja is usually at the entrance to the garden department when we arrive. She has made an effort to get to know us and treats us like family. And when it is time to check out, we are always confident that Raja will get it right, quickly and efficiently, no matter what crazy combination of items we need help with!

I need a quick privacy fence and out Home Depot had so many options I was able to find and choose the right one for my needs

I went into the store to buy some concrete bags and I asked the cashier lady if someone could help me load them up and she went onto the intercom and paged for assistance. I waited by the concrete bags for over twenty minutes and four of the associates walked by and never stopped to help.

The ladies at customer service at this particular Home Depot are always nice and helpful.

They have a nice collection of tools and the staff is quite friendly
