Everybody was super helpful!! Especially Val in the paint department.

The store is serious about customer safety, even offering free masks at the door. With few exceptions, I’ve always had good experiences with associates. It IS sometimes hard to find help, but it’s usually not dreadfully time-consuming.

Generally, there aren't enough sales people on the floor. Some of the sales people are very unknowledgeable about their products. Often times, they're not aware of where an item is kept. The employees who have been working at our Home Depot for more than a few years, are obviously, the exception. They are helpful in that they know where an item is located, but they still might not be too knowledgeable about it.

I moved to Brookings OR from Calif. I have been to Home Depots in San Jose, Santa Cruz, Watsonville Ca. and even the one in Hilo Hi. The Home Depot in Crescent City Ca. is the best one I have been to. Thats because the folks working there are helpful, kind, happy and like there jobs. Makes shopping wonderful .... Thank You !

We are so glad that your store exists in this area. It is far more complete in products than many. We can always find what we are looking for and the associates will help if we need help. They are always friendly and kind.

Even though we are in trying times the staff was friendly and helpful. They store itself is clean and inviting and well laid out.

For the most part everything was great during my shopping experience but I must say that the lumber department employees did a very poor job at at assisting me.

To Whom It May Concern, I am 74, a partially disabled Senior. I hired a small business family, who were hit hard by the Coronavirus issue, to do repairs and remodeling to the tune of 10k. I felt I needed to help them in their time of need. I was never in the store. I delt with everything by internet or by phone with Home Depot manager Tim, employee Maxine and others. My main complaint is about the store manager Tim, Home Depot Pro Xtra Program, and Home Depot.com. With Home Depot’s web site you do not get the price that you see; you need to read the fine print to find out what “your” real price is for the item. As for Home Depot’s Pro Xtra Program it does not exist; I spent $4,497.98 and got $1.54 in discounts. As for manager Tim he was very gracious with me at the beginning when I told him I was looking at spending between 4k or 5k on a home project, but that soon soured when at the end I complained about delayed deliveries of key items, false advertisements on the web and the Pro Xtra Program he advised me to enroll in to get a discount. This was a frustrating and miserable experience I hope to never undergo again. Home Depot needs to be more supportive of it’s local Seniors and those small business’s who have lost their livelihood because of the Coronavirus Pandemic. Sincerely, Sharon

Great Hometown Store, the Employees are super helpful, couldn’t do my DIY without them.

They start to know you if you go in there a few times and seem to really care that you have a good experience while shopping there.

A good HD location. Would have liked more varieties of floor tile, and toilet seats. The employees at customer service glared at everyone who walked by, as if to ward customers off. The cashier that checked me out was very friendly, so all in all, a decent experience.

This store is very enjoyable especially on Saturday's, I take my grandson to do his weekly project. No greater joy to see grandson develop his hand skills.Truly the people there are very friendly and helpful.

Just a great store wish we had one in Eureka

Todays shopping experience was great. The store was tidy. But it was the employees that really made it special. I was greeted by several as I came in the door. I got directed to the aisle where I needed to be and another employee met me in that aisle and assisted me in finding exactly what I came for. He also made sure that I got a product that would work for me. Special folks working today! (12/20/19). Thank you!!!

Clean and easy to navigate, the lot guy was standing next to me at check out to help me load, all I had was a bag of ruffles but I appreciate his energy and willingness to help!

The employees are helpful and friendly at this store. Almost like it is was a much smaller store. Excellent customer service from product selection to purchasing, and they also help load anything heavy. They help me keep my hideout in tip top shape. This is a great Home Depot!

Employees here are great, they go the extra mile to help out with stock validation, check out, loading. Melissa, Cane and Lena were awesome reps.

Kim in the Paint Department was very helpful in helping us select the best clear finish for raw wood.

Holly was a great help and even called us back with information on other products we may need for our project.

Store employee Leticia helped me cut and crimp wire to create something I needed for work. I did not have the tools available at home, so I very much appreciated her taking the time to quickly crimp the cut metal piece for me. I walked out with exactly what I needed and a very positive experience. It took a few minutes to find the employee knowledgeable in cutting/crimping wire, but then she did an amazing job. Great customer service!

Everybody very helpful. Store easy to navigate. Lumber clerk Vincent (I hope I got that correct!) was super nice and recommended a better product for my task. Loaded my rig and was just a great kid.

Excellent store, helpful and friendly staff in a well stocked and clean environment

I recommend this store due to the location but not the management. There are a few highly competent hard workers there but most employees are not. They treat you better if they know you, which isn't fair to everyone.

The clutter of the isles makes for an unsafe environment to shop not to mention the difficulties faced when trying to access the items that are stocked. Most notability the lumber isles. I've talked to management and employees on numerous occasion yet the situation remains the same. The employees seem to understand my concerns, management does not.

Awesome store to shop at with great customer service!!
