I bought blinds at Home Depot because they cut them to custom sizes. They had a great selection, including extra-large 72" blinds for our large windows. The price was very competitive and the quality very good. But the best part was that my salesperson Tom was incredibly helpful. He knows all about how to install blinds. I did not know they could be adjusted at the bottom to a custom height, and he showed me how to. This was outstanding service.

I have purchased for example a complete kitchen remodel, Complete carpet in 2 homes, new lawn mowers, seedeaters, numerous garden plants and supplies. etc.

I really appreciated the assistance provided by the staff since I am disabled.

Joey in the Lumber department went out of his way to help us, walked us around to find ALL items we needed. Some others that day just told you the isle and then I still couldn’t find as there is so much to see.

I bought my Refrigerator and dish washer there and absolutely love them and just replaced the filter to my water dispenser in the refrigerator door, which Home Depot had in stock.

I recently returned something - with receipt - but inquired if I didn't have the receipt could they have looked it up using my prorewards no. They not only answered that question but were good enough to let me know of a policy change on returns that was going into effect shortly. This information in advance was good to know and the consideration was appreciated.

It’s my favorite place to shop!!! The nursery has really improved this past year.

Was looking at the power tools. Associate Karen had already assisted another customer in the same area. She came back. She asked me if I needed help. I asked her questions about the tools. She was knowledgeable about them. Karen sealed the deal. I purchased the power tool I needed for the job I am working on. Thank you Karen.

I have been to this store on many occasions but my visit on 5/25/2021 was by far the worst as I made my purchase and let Mariah know I proudly served my country she said card???? I said I have my DD214 she didnt know what that was and wouldnt permit my discount even going so far as to go get a white binder saying those are only accepted on holidays WHAT???? Are u kidding me I finally asked for a manager and after some commotion and humiliation and some 30 min plus to check out numerous people shaking their heads my advice is get in line with someone who can appriceate someone who has served their country with DIGNITY AND RESPECT!!!!!

They need to hire more women. The women who work there are real go-getters and very helpful, especially Katdy and Ruth. Most of the men I've dealt with didn't seem to know what I was talking about and didn't care. I only recommend this store because of the small area we live in.

This store really has the feel of a community hardware store as opposed to a big box store. The staff are extremely helpful and patient. I do not live locally, and only utilize this store when I am in town working on my business. It shines way above the stores in my local area. Mark in paint was amazing at helping me get my cabinets painted and actually has expertise in the area. Every cashier has been patient with me, even on complex return items. Normally I would never think to give a review to a big box store (not that they need them) but I think credit is due with this store.

God forbid you be a young female shopping at homedpot. Even though I might look a little out of place doesn't mean I have the intentions of stealing anything! I'm not discriminating against the young female worker who followed me very obviously and rudely up to the checkout stand. None of your other workers felt the need to treat me that way. Why would a fellow young female feel the need? I know girls judge other girls the harshest but dang that didn't feel good!

Sales rep. MITCH was absolutely wonderful! He did all he could do to make my shopping experience a positive one! If everyone was like him this store slash world would be a wonderful place! I came in to get a air powered ridgid finish nailer. Mitch looked on his scanner and said there was one in stock. Well he looked and there wasn't one. He helped me look for a similar one to the one I originally wanted, we couldn't find one. We found a battery powered ridgid finish nailer similar to the air one that was a bit more money but Mitch knocked some money off of it since the one I wanted wasn't available as it says it was. I didn't ask him to do this. Generally just a nice friendly guy that went above my expectations to help me find and get what I came for. Thank you Mitch, and home depot management, keep this guy! He's a huge asset to your store!

The Home Depot in Crescent City has improved quite a bit over the last year from a year ago when I first moved here with my little family. I find that if I start out at customer service to find out where products are, I do much better when I hope to snag an employee on the way to looking for what I need. On a survey I just took, I recommended allocating space for a computer lab with intranet for doing in-store product searches with tutorial videos loaded on the computers for all the do-it-yourself projects that would require the local stores available tools and products. I find that the service desk and checkout areas are usually sources of great services. However, I believe ways to make people less reliant on floor help would benefit both the customer and the store.

The customer service employees were extremely helpful with item selection then they helped load the items on my truck. the store was clean, well lit and well organized.

Bought a new LG fridge from this HD. The CSR in the appliances was great along with excellent delivery service.

This store has everything you could need for projects or when buying or moving into a new home. We were so impressed by the variety of items and the great prices. Another thing about this store is the employees are incredible. They are so friendly and you can ask any employee where something is and they know as well as assist you in any other way you might need. Sometimes employees at other stores seem inconvenienced when you need assistance or run in the other direction, this is not the case here. They help with whatever you need, even loading up your vehicle. It’s always a pleasant experience and there’s always a great variety of things and it’s stocked up well. You can even order things online like large appliances and get them delivered to your home, highly recommend this store!

Crescent City has welcomed a great a store into its community that is needed and works well with the smaller businesses. A smart and growing area needs such businesses without it hurting the local guy. Kudos for this town!

Our experience on the evening of October 27th was great! Sue helped us with the bender board out in the garden and got red flags for us to attach to them. Charles and Camaron helped us load and were very patient with us Great experience hope it is always this pleasant

Overall the store is kept clean, generally well stocked. And Most important most of the employees are helpful in solving anything I need or helping me brainstorm other solutions to my problem or what I want.

I’d like to see more associates on the floor. It’s really difficult to find someone when I have a question. Otherwise, the store is very clean and the staff that is there are very helpful.

most people are helpful But I did have a complaint and the manager did not address this to my satisfaction. I walked out without being helped.

I would like to see 100% employee compliance with mask rules. Several employees do not wear their mask over their nose.
