The garden department is off the hook stocked up this year! It's wonderful! Plus Raja, the checker, is awesome!

In spite of highly priced plants especially herbs and vegetables, I was met with a unhelpful rude cashier. Believe it or not “Karen” was her name.

Recently I purchased another 4 Shelf Black Wire Unit to manage my storage need. The unit is attractive and very sturdy which met my need for addition storage that is located in a visible location in my home.

Dan did an amazing job at explain the power tools we we’re interested in and even showed us a combo kit that would better help us.

The store has opened up over the last few weeks. It’s easier to walk around and it’s a lot cleaner doing a good job guys.

Oh, I personally do not have a lot to say about home depot as a corporation because well let’s face it they suck. If you think that ordering special cabinets through the specialist is going to get you a better product than what’s on the shelf think again I seriously just opened three kitchens worth of cabinets to find the majority of them pretty much just thrown together one looked like it had been dropped the rest all have some sort of ding and dent. I could have saved a lot of time on this project, simply by getting the stuff off the back wall and inspecting it on the spot. The entire staff at this home depot have always gone above and beyond to help not just me and the other general contractors that go in there, but for the most part are extremely knowledgeable in product placement, and even if they don’t understand the project you are working on they will help you find the item you need, my favorite person there is Jason the pro loader always helpful. Extremely knowledgeable in the entire store. Always has a great attitude.

I'm always greeted and thanked for shopping at this Home Depot. For the most part, everyone is helpful, but this store needs a physical re-org, and clean up. To many pallets in the isles, stuff just left in areas of the store that don't have a lot of traffic, just messy, but I do like shopping at this store.

Shane always helps us when we need ideas or tips on remodeling, especially with construction/concrete. He is always friendly and professional.

I have never understood the need to cram the store with products. The little mini displays in the isles are a nuisance. Create a trip and fall hazard and shrink isle size. Even the main isles are crammed with displays. Navigating a cart full of pipe from one end of the store to another is a daunting task in and of its self. But with a cart full of everything else I need from all over the store can be quite the task. Then if another person in a wheel chair or a stroller or large cart coming the other direction often makes one party or the other have to stop and let the other person go by. Can someone figure out how make my customer experience less cluttered and easier to navigate?

Rude employees show little to no interest in helping I will not come back to this store

IF you can find a clerk, there is a good chance they won’t know what you are asking for. I’m better at finding things on their app. Only to go where the item is supposedly located—only it isn’t there.

It is hard to get around the store because large cardboard displays take up way too much aisle space.

I have shopped many Home Depot stores in California. Most in the Bay Area. Today I did some heavy shopping in the Crescent City, CA Home Depot up in Del Norte County. The service and care I received from the service counter and multiple employees was above and beyond any Home Depot I have ever shopped. I needed a lot of help today with off the shelf cabinets, windows, paneling , lighting etc and every employee in each department helped me get exactly what I needed, loaded my carts, took me through checkout and loaded my trailer. Super friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great day and I didn't have to hunt anyone down for help. Thanks to a lot of attentive, kind and aware employees.

Always find friendly and helpful staff. The garden section is an excellent place to visit, especially during lunch and on sunny days. The staff seems to enjoy working at this location. Raja is a wonderful cashier and works hard to keep customers and the garden section spotless.

I have been shopping at this home depot for 7 years. I think Crescent City is lucky to have it but I would like a little more care and attention in the garden department. mainly watering of the plants.I wonderer if the prices would not be so high if there was less waste in half dead plants being thrown away.I would also like to see a real recycling plant pot program for empty pots please.

The past few visits have been close to impossible to find help. Very frustrating!

I had a big shopping trip, with renovation needs for an old house. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Clean store, thoughtful pandemic protective devices. First time in a store since November 2019. So, this was an extra-special positive experience. THANKS, Crescent City Home Depot Employees-you are AWESOME!
