Pro Desk employee "Q" fixed a major problem with my account(s) after I unknowingly created a duplicate HD account. The staff here are very polite, professional and knowledgeable, never an issue in the 7 years I've been shopping here! Manager Bob went above and beyond to help me with an order from a different HD in Buffalo.

Every employee is helpful and experienced.

I love going to the dunkirk Home Depot every time I am in dunkirk as the staff are always very nice and helpful. I always have a blast!

Extremely helpful and polite. They don't mind helping in looking for things we need and always eager to help load our truck.

Upon checking out we were required to ask the attendant for a product that was locked behind the counter. When we approached, the attendant was on his phone and just walked away. When we had to ask for the product, he did not speak and turned his back to us. He did eventually get the product after assistance from another employee.

I was very happy with my purchase of the "Pet Grille" with the help of employee Rick.

I purchased a small jungle to help lower radon in home. HD had so many wonderful, exotic, healthy, plants. The staff member who helped us was a de-light to work with, she recommended several plants and also a grow light that was just perfect for my basement jungle.

2 stars only for the young woman in Flooring who checked us out and the young man who was simply doing his job cutting the flooring. Went back to flooring, bought sheet flooring. Woman in purple tee shirt passed us off to young man whose job was to cut the flooring. Young man helped, told us to just "say" what we ordered to the cashier. I go to pay at service desk.Rude cashier looks at me sideways and says "I don't have a SKU"and passes me off to another cashier. She walked away in middle of transaction. I go back to flooring and get a barcode from a sample. Take it to cash register. Price seems low, but i go with it. Go to set up will call. Man tells me I've been mischarged. Back to rude service desk where the woman rudely walked away in the middle of transaction. I get a refund and back to flooring. Lazy woman in purple tee shirt is confused why I'm there and barks at me "How did you pay" i explain and she cuts me off asking "Cash, credit card"? I told her credit card. She tells them to give me a refund and i explain i already have one. Finally a young woman in flooring displays competence and begins charging me correctly for the flooring. Very lazy employees overall Happened around 11 AM at the Dunkirk store.

Christopher (Cashier) was very friendly in asking me over to his register to checkout.

The employees at the service desk were so helpful..They deserve gold stars! Your awesome!

Bought outdoor furniture today. Haven't used it but it was on display in the store which was helpful when making our selection.

I was unable to type in my Veterans Benefits number for my needed discount because, now I need an expensive Smart Phone. If I could afford one of these phones I would not be concerned about the 10% discount. Many older/poorer veterans are going to miss this benefit because of this narrow minded Corporate Policy...

After living in the area and shopping at this store over the past few years, don't waste your time with this store. Half the employees don't have a clue of what they are doing or know how to find products in the store or have any general respect for their customers. If you have to go to this store, ensure you find an older employee to speak to, the younger employees below the age of 30 are a waste of time.

I purchased a rug from this Hd store and the attendant was super and very knowleddgable.

My wife and I went from store to store seeking to purchase a new lawn tractor. No doubt about it, Home Depot helped us the most. The gentleman, Bill really knew his stuff and shared his knowledge. He really took the time. We are most grateful and are very confident in our purchase.

The store employees (Ray & Mike) and manager (Albert) were amazing. If you are ever in the area by lawn mowers look for Ray! Ray provides impeccable service each visit.

We had just "lost" our refrigerator. We were vulnerable and stressed. The Appliance Specialist (CXC1912), Chris Centner made us feel more like family than a mere "sale". He helped calm us down, advised us very professionally, and made us "happy" again. If you want a great experience...see Chris !

I really like Home Depot providing parking spaces reserved for DAV and veterans. The Dunkirk store is convenient, clean, the workers are always very helpful and friendly. The store keeps the shelves stocked, and I can always find what I'm looking for.

Stores don't seem to carry an inventory of appliance models. I thought I would be to see several different models to compare features, pricing and have questions answered by a associate. I ordered an appliance basically online in the store, something I could have done at home. I am basically happy with what I picked out. A bigger problem occurred in the delivery process. On my scheduled day of delivery I got a call from the driver telling how soon he would be there. Later he called again saying he could not find my residence. This was because his delivery sheet had the wrong street address on it. I said he was at east main and it should be west main. He told me he would get in touch with his dispatcher my delivery might have to be rescheduled. They called and I explained the problem they said they would tell the driver to make the change to deliver the item. All my paperwork had the correct address on it. I can't believe I almost didn't get my purchase because of such a small problem.
