Love this store in Dunkirk! man If I was a millionaire I would spend a ton of money In there:) store is always clean, Employees are Nice and very helpful If I need something that I don't know where to Look:) Don't have anything bad to say about this store at all...

We ordered a refrigerator to be delivered on a specific day and time. They never called or showed. Two options given: 1) It would be delivered one week later (we were leaving in two days for 6 weeks) or 2) cancel the order. I even offered to pick it up. Not allowed. We had to cancel the order. A few hours before the scheduled delivery I unhooked and moved our old fridge and moved it to a new address. Meanwhile all the food had been placed in coolers. We called the delivery phone # repeatedly, and we were told it was scheduled and on it's way. Never came, no phone calls, no nothing. We called the delivery phone number at 8AM this morning and were told the appliance had been delivered. They have done nothing to make this right. We are now throwing out $400-$500 dollars in food. Worst experience ever.

the store was very clean,the employers are always helpful and the store has just about anything you would need for home improvement.i hope the home depot will always be there.

Every time I have shopped at this store I have had a great experience. They generally have exactly what I want/need in stock. I have always found the employees to be cheerful and helpful. The store is clean and the products are arranged so it is way to find what I need.

RECENTLY BOUGHT A SNOW BLOWER. I KNEW WHICH ONE I WANTED BUT I WOULDN'T BE ABLE TO PICK IT UP UNTIL LATER. THE PEOPLE AT THE SALES DESK WERE VERY HELPFUL AND SPEEDY. WHEN I WENT TO PICK IT UP LATER, IT WAS AGAIN, VERY SPEEDY AND FRIENDLY AND 2 PEOPLE LOADED IT UP FOR ME JUST LIKE THAT. THANKS, HOME DEPOT!!

Dean in plumbing is wonderful. I seek him out each time I go to that store. He is knowledgeable and he sure helped me today find the right size pipe I needed and all the necessary fittings to I can complete the job I had to do at home. Thank you Dean. The store is always clean and well stocked. It seems like the one employee is always there, like he never goes home, or at least he is always there when I go shopping, his name is Dick

We have purchased many items at many stores and we know how retailers should do business. This location of Home Depot gets it right. They understand the psychology of the consumer. They take the time to let the customer make decisions without pressure. Moreover, they realize that people, when purchasing a high ticket item, do the “shoulda, coulda, woulda’s” after purchasing and emphasize warranties and return privileges.

I found my shopping experience to be very good. I definitely will shop this store again.

We are very pleased with the Dunkirk store. We purchased a washer & were immediately greeted by the Sales Associate, Austin. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient, & very helpful which made our purchase very easy and pleased with the treatment we received. Austin is certainly a great asset to Home Depot!

Great store! Provides a terrific selction and always has very helpful staff willing to assist you with your questions!

Staff were awesome! Everyone was very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up buying more than I expected to but I couldn't help myself. I have more projects in mind for the future and staff advise to help me when I get stuck.
