Mitch in plumbing was such a big help. He new exactly what I needed to hook up my new portable hot water heater. He explained to me how to install it too. I usually ask for Dean but he was on lunch break. Please thank Mitch for me.

As usual the store was neat and clean and the associates were friendly. Today Emma at the returns area checked me out and she was very friendly and efficient.

Everyone is helpful, especially Savannah. We always search her out if we need help. She is very knowledgeable and only too willing to make shopping a great experience. She can see enjoys her job and it shows.

The Dunkirk Home Depot is very clean with clear walking areas. Most employees assist customers pretty well. The cashiers are very friendly and pleasant. I am glad we have this store in are area with such a wide variety of merchandise.

This store was organized and Service excellent in ordering the LG VENTLESS 4.2 cubic feet dryer I’d researched for efficiency and cost saving ; although this item was not on floor display. By redeeming my Home Depot Mail offer for 18 months free financing on purchases of $499.00 or more I successfully purchased and had installed in just a few days this quality new appliance. Good experience overall.

The store was very nice I got there late but they stayed and help me do everything and we all got out on time . The people in the appliance section were very cordial

Very clean, friendly associates good variety of supplies on hand. If associate doesn't know what the item is they ask you to describe it so they can help you find it.

There is no need for me to write a review here because it's almost all bad and it would never be posted for others to see and this is a week later that I'm still super mad

This Home Depot has consistently been our source and assistant for home improvement projects and appliance replacement.

I go to Home Depot several times a month for one thing or another. the staff are always friendly and helpful. Because I am a woman the men think it's great that I shop for DIY products, i.e. lumber, electrical, tools. They seem proud of me and that I come into the store to look for different ideas and ask questions.

I have already written to the local store - as well as the corporate office in Atlanta, GA to let them know that I was pleased with the way (male) clerk DAN CURTIN handled my problem. You may check with them if you need further verification.

Could you please tell young man Justin that he doesn’t need to stand at the register and mess with his hair. Also could you please remind your associates that just because they have gloves on they need to change gloves after blowing there nose, and not at the paint desk really should be going in the bathroom so they can wash their hands and not be spreading germs.

I had to purchase a washing machine at the time of Covid 19 pandemic, as mine quit working !! worse timing ever for washer to break down! Called ahead of arriving at store , had assistance in Appliances waiting for me!! I prefer to actually see what i am buying... not just look at it on line. A big shout out for everyone at my local Home Depot.

The man who helped me legitimately helped me clean out my car so we could fit HUGE stone slabs in it. They were heavy and he treated them like they were feathers. Best experience at a Home Depot ever.

I always enjoy my visits the staff are usually very friendly and always greet. The older staff working the isles seem very knowledgeable and know where things are, younger staff are still learning but they never hesitate to ask another employee. I cant honestly complain too much considering i go there 5 days out of the week.

I wish to thank Danna at the Dunkirk Home Depot store. She was fantastic. Danna truly went above and beyond recently when the store showed inventory in the computer but it wasn't actually in-stock. She followed up with our office and wanted to make sure we received the items we were looking for. She continued by making sure the back order items came in on-time and then contacted us when they did arrive. It was refreshing, as we arrived to pick the items up at the store Danna even had them waiting at the register for us. Truthfully we thought she was a manager in how she took the lead in making sure we were satisfied. Found out later she was not. Hopefully the store managers can see the potential in this employee. Thanks again!!
